poor service, otherwise great. we've had numerous experiences with mediocreservicehere, including times when they've brought us tea that we didn't order and would not take it back. it's a pity the management doesn't do a better job ensuring the quality of their waitstaff, but their food is always excellent, and the ambience is as well.
