one of my favorite breakfast spots right now. a good variety of breakfast options as well as a beautiful and chilled ambience. perfect everything time.

doppio zero is a very delightful restaurant in umhlanga. it does amazing breakfast and lunch! we had the halloumi poached eggs and the eggs bennini. the food was fantastic and staff were friendly and attentive. the decor was amazing and the ambiance was calming. i definitely recommend it for brunch.

we came back after several years to this buzzing eatery in irene and loved it. the ambience is warm and inviting; buzzing with energy. the food was exceptionally well prepared. my sirloin was perfectly cooked with rich flavours emanating from the delicate chimichurri sauce and veggies. our waiter, mercy, was a delight. she suggested the hartenberg wine which proved to have been the perfect pairing. mercy was friendly and attentive without being all over us; lurking discreetly in the wings, but available when we needed her. look after this gem!

what a pleasant surprise.
order a breakfast bowl, without that many thought to my order. and boy was this a treat. extremely flavorful. zucchini spiralled into spaghetti shapes, triangles of sweet potato and spinach leaves topped with tomato pesto and poached eggs. my eggs was perfectly runny and married the bowl as i cut through it.

this was a beautiful bowl of food and would definitely recommend it.

this is a superb place, am only giving it a 3 star cause my order was wrong and the waiter seemed preoccupied with other guest rather than me. otherwise great food!

superb food, classy decor and attentive service all made for a memorable evening. my daughter stated that the pork belly was the best pork she'd ever tasted and she doesn't try new food easily.

lovely location! great ambiance! had their tacos and crispy new potatoes, delicious and fresh. my passion fruit caipirinha was also really good. must try when in the area

great food! the menu just awesome so many good hearty and healthy choices!
service needs work waiters are slow and often disappear, there was a light rain outside we initially sat outside but waited for over an hour to have our order taken we eventually went in and the waiters than did take our order!
the fried potatoes and the chips had a weird fish taste to it when enquirer the manager said that they had fried fish in the same oil. this was a little disappointing ! however he did remove it from the bill and apologize.
the food is excellent waiters are friendly and good when they are around.
one of the better restaurants in durban.

lovely energy and vibe around this latest edition to a blossoming food and entertainment strip in umhlanga.

problem when i was there though; service. i must have tried to get the attention of four waiters: going to and coming from other patrons, no one served me my bill.

but the drinks were good, decent free uncapped wifi and nice energy, pity about the service but maybe they were having a slow day.

had the sticky bacon flapjack stack- it was absolutely delish with crispy bacon and the right amount of sweetness. they’re normal hot chocolate and whites chocolate are also great. i also loved the restaurants aesthetics.

really enjoy the food . many vegetarian and vegan options. great atmosphere and outdoor seating in summer. bakery also has nice goodies. a favorite for me.

just left after waiting well over an hour for a “pronto” breakfast and the waiter lying 3 times that it was being plated... 2 other tables around us paid for coffees and left as no food arrival..

so much potential- but however is running the kitchen should be replaced. the food is a continuous disappointment! once the food arrives late, cold and badly prepared "lacking love", you send it back and receive an even worst serving. managers are not paying any attention to quality.

enjoyed sunday lunch at the cute setting of doppio in the pearls. location and design is perfect for any meal. my waiter francis was amazing and very friendly. the hostess unfortunately needs to better people skills. the food was amazing and presentation. always love eating at doppio will definitely come back when i’m durban

food was good. service was terrible. no one attending to guests on arrival. we had to find our own table. had to wait around 15 minutes just to place the order and quite a while for a single glass of water.. which came after the bill..
had 4 different people serving us.. expected better
