no chutney was given with uttapam nidlijus sambhar had ordered dosa batter from here that also never came but charged me for that nvr ever ordering from here

the sambhar was watery and tasteless. coconut chutney made out of the chakke (the mass that remains after extracting coconut milk) and mixed with a small quantity of coconut milk and majorly water. no taste absolutely in the chutney. also the dosas had become cold and dry by the time the delivery guy reached, not to mention the delivery itself was delayed.

i am tamilian and we eat dosa,idliand prepare so many different varieties of chutneys on a daily basis. placed an order only because the kitchen was inaccessible it turned out to be a mistake.

2 types of chutney shiwn in picture were not given. or else ambassadoridliwas superb n h coconut chutney too

we ordered masala dosa,idlisambar, vada sambar, kulfi & icecream faluda.
out & out a very good ,hygienic, tasty south indian food. as good as sarvana bhawan of delhi but more economical.
we didnt like malai kulfi though as it was too sweet.

ordered extra sambar which costs rs. 75 and extra chutney which costs rs. 35. quantity delivered is very small. if i had orderedidlisambar, i would have got idli, sambar and chutney all for rs. 75. please price correctly or deliver correctly. i am disappointed. i expected more sambar and chutney.

the correct food did not arrive i gotidlisambhar and rasam instead of my order. mood ruined bad

the pongal was excellent but the kanchipuramidliwas not up to the mark . it had not taste as such ..

with kanchipuramidlired chutney should be given. in any case chutney was very watery

i ordered steamedidliand was delivered this. the restaurant also doesn’t follow instructions. i required them to send red tomato chutney but they didn’t send.

the portion size was really bad, theidliwere very tiny, and they gave so much sambhar and chutney, it was all wasted

usually plate ofidlicomes with sambhar, coconut chutney, tomato chutney & onion chutney. i have been ordering the same thing on every sunday from dakshinayan but since last few times they’ve stopped putting tomato & onion chutneys. i had put in specific request also to dakshinayan to remember to put them but again this time they didn’t send

chutney andidliwas good but the quality of sambar needs a bit of more improvement

amazing cozy place near iscon juhu, we have visited this place on lazy sunday morning at 8:15 am, restaurant was full and we got to wait for 20 min to get our table but later on within next 30 min we have realised that it was worth waiting for 20 min. we have ordered 1 nie idli, 1 molgapodi idli, ulundu vadai, mysore sada dosa and filter coffee, sambar which they served was just magical one, no words to explain, my elder son enjoyed nieidliwhich was served full of desi ghee flooded on it, ulundu vada too was amazing, molgapodiidliwas unique one-must try, mysore sada dosa was amazingly crispy and tasty,service was super quick which we were actually not expecting during the crowded sunday morning, by and large our plan of sunday breakfast along with juhu beach masti has become extremely joyful, @dakshinayan restaurant we will surely visit you again to explore few more dishes from your authentic south indian list.

lovely south indian place. location is fantastic with a huge place . the vadas are soft and rasam is perfect. you wont be able to put the spoon down. the disas are crisp fresh and less oily . tomato chutney os only here amd believe u me its a unique and must rrpaet for item. podiidliwas lots in 1uantity. and not too miss the ginger ale. its homemade and just too refreshing.
