i really like the ricotta pancake 🥞 !! , the tempura soft shell crab was delicious , the red velvet latte was a bit too sweet for me but it was good.
this place is very cute, suitable for taking a picture. and the staff were nice and friendly🤩

i came here recently and had the best!!!! buttermilk pancakes. the pancakes themselves were light and fluffy and in between each pancake was lots of rich creamy ricotta. the honeycomb served with it was crunchy and delicious and the strawberries and other fruits were fresh and of beautiful quality. i also loved how beautifully it was all plated up.
i will defiantly be back and when i am, i want to try one of those totoro cakes, as they are just too cute and i'm a studio ghibli fan.

cute cafe located on the corner decorated in flowers. they had tables shaped like tree trunks as well which i thought was pretty unique!

in terms of the food, we ordered their famous totoro chiffon cakes and they were so light and fluffy! the ricotta hotcakes though were kinda average unfortunately. they had the same texture as mcdonald’s hotcakes and just decorated it in fruits and ricotta cheese to make it look fancy.

the linguine was delicious though, it was super creamy and loved the truffle oil in it.

edit: i went back and tried the beef rice noodle and it’s definitely my fav out of the 3! absolutely loved this spin on the dish. very innovative and fusion! this place is so cute! everything looks great. very innovative flavours combined. i had the soft shell crab croissant which was a great blend of flavours. hubby had the pulled pork portobello mushroom eggs benedict. pulled pork was on point but the egg wasn’t to his liking. great brunch place!

i tried the ricotta pancakes and red velvet latte. they were both dished beautifully and were delicious.
the decor is lovely inside. i sat outside with the heaters so, it wasn't too cold.
they have 5% off the bill when you pay by cash too.
the staff were nice too. i would recommend and i would come back :)

lots of unusual breakfast dishes available if you're willing to pay but i got the eggs benedict - the very crispy beetroot and potato roesti was better than bread but you wouldn't know there was any beetroot in it if it weren't red, then the hollandaise sauce was pretty watery and bland, so the meal didn't live up to the high prices.

had been here 2 years ago. it was good experience, friendly staff and nice food. this visit just feel the food quality not as good as before, though food decor remains good standard. taste is average, only the noodles is unexpectedly good. dont feel waitress are serving customers but busy with chatting among themselves. overall: overrated and overpriced

really nice place. good vibe. coffee was good. my girlfriend didn't think the stir fried beef noodles looked good but they ended up really great! the sweet corn fritters were a bit too balsamic for me but my girlfriend loved it.

ricotta pancakes 🥞🍯
the dish in itself was very pretty. however, i did not enjoy eating this because the elements to the dish did not suit one another nor some parts of it taste good. some of the garnishes in the dishes did not add to the overall flavour nor did it taste good with the base of the meal (the pancake). furthermore, the ricotto was in chunks in the layers of the pancake with the pancake being dry and tasteless. despite it not being satisfying, it also eventually started to taste quite sickening from how heavy the ricotto was. the honeycomb was also very hard and difficult to eat most of it was uneaten. the instrument used to pour honey was also hard to use, hence why it does seem that the aesthetics of the dish was prioritised rather than the dish in itself. i was disappointed ordering this dish despite being so excited for it.

mushrooms and eggs on toast 🥚🍞
i couldn't see the dish that we've got on the menu so i can't recall the exact name for it. this one i've enjoyed significantly more compared to the pancakes dish. there were an array of different textures to this dish and the mushrooms was a stand out component of the dish. perhaps their savoury dishes are better but i would have to come more often to make a more definite answer.

service 😕
☆☆☆
i didn't feel that the staff members gave enough care or attention to making us feel welcome at the cafe. when we've ordered the food they weren't giving us much eye contact but rather wrote down our orders and left. we didn't feel comfortable asking about the dishes due to this.

ambience
☆☆☆☆☆
the cafe is absolutely beautiful. it is also dog-friendly as they have outdoor seating as well (we did enjoy seeing the cute dogs as we ate our food). the flower in the background was a perfect photo opportunity for the food and ourselves. there's specific seats that you would need to go towards in order to get the best shots. as someone that loves flowers, this cafe is one of the most beautiful that i've ever been to.

overall 🍴
☆☆☆☆
the cafe in itself is very pretty, and one can appreciate the immense effort they've put into decorating and also making their dishes look well presented. however, aesthetics does seem to have been prioritised rather than the taste itself for the dishes. due to this and the staff not making us feel as welcomed, i would give this an average rating.
it is best to drive directly there rather than taking public transport since it is out of the way from the city. it's located in some of the other 'big' brunch places such as the grounds of alexandria so there are a lot of options in the area.

i had high expectations of this place due to the good ratings but i can tell the service and food quality has dropped. waitress failed to greet us and was on robot mode just trying to get people in and out and it feels like a fast food place rather than a cafe . açai bowl was nice, good amount for value and isn’t overly sweet, black squid pasta was average but better than the crab omelette fried rice . there was hardly any crab meat in there and the fried rice has a weird aftertaste , and rice was over cooked and i wouldn’t say it’s worth it for what it is. the cake looks good though might swing by for strictly takeaway for the cakes :)

this place is extremely aesthetic and pretty. the coffee is absolutely delicious, creamy and cheap. only $3.70 for a cup of coffee that is perfect - what a bargain. the totoro desserts are super cute and make great afternoon treats.

cuppa flower is a cute place to go for a brunch.
they have breakfast running from opening to evening and cute desserts. i recommend the cute totoro matcha cake.
i also tried the lotus tea, however the tea isn't strong, but it is very subtle.
