as a beginning before my family and i went there, we asked about it our friends but no body knew it
ok but now i will start to till every body as we went for the sea food night, cuisines is a wonderful place which better for married couples since the lights are dim and nice.
as for the food, they had a one of the most tasty shrimps that i ever ate. the lubester is so tasty. in general sea food will get 4.9 out of 5.
as for meat and chicken it is so tasty that we forgot that it is sea food night and started to eat them (specialy the meat 😋).
sushi is a whole different world which you can spend the whole night eating them, they are fascinating and incredibly delicious.
as for the service and the working people of the restaurant i can give them 5 out of 5 they are fast nice and helpful. if you leave the table you will return to find out clean.
the hotel is facing sheikh zayed mosque and the view is so nice to have a walk out side to take a rest from eating.
i do advice to try it and enjoy it like my family and i did.

sea food was fresh and well cooked.
i chose the package with alcohol and there were only 2 types of beers and only 2 types of wines i could chose. also, the outside view was all blocked by trees so could not enjoy grand mosque view and sunset that much. one more thing, the lighting was not that satisfied to enjoy the food.

excellent delivery service, food is very well packed, same quality and taste as the restaurant, and it arrived on time.

i went there for the dinner buffet arranged by the organisers of the conference i was attending. it was evening and this place is in a lower level of the hotel, hence all seemed dark on entrance; with a low ceiling, which gave a somewhat claustrophobic feeling to me which improved slowly.
service was difficult for them as there were a huge number of guests, all demanding attention at the same time. the usual different rows of different cuisines were displayed. non vegetarian items were little on the overdone side, a bit chewy, indian items were not very recognisable by the taste. far east items were so-so. overall food tastes were not up to the mark for me. table decor was pretty good - very comfortable. staffs were trying their heart out to please.
dessert section was not having a wide selection but of good taste and tastefully spread. i liked them.
it should not be a must visit. but will not disappoint too much, if you are not very exacting in your expectations.

went to the brunch last friday.

greeted at the door and showed where everything is which was great, and proved handy after a drink or 2. the drinks came fast and we were given some drinks to take outside after 4pm which i appreciated.

food was great quality and they had pretty much everything i could think of, the steak and dessert were highlights. huge cheeseboard, dynamite shrimp was lovely, and again... steak. 

only issues: 
-we were sat in frankies and it was pitch black. it didnt feel like mid-day and the lighting made us tired. 
-the only cocktails not served in a piece of fruit were the welcome drinks. fruit ones looked great but its one sip and then you have a coconut on your table for the rest of the day. 

open the curtains and sort out the cocktails and this brunch could compete with the best brunch which, as it stands, is still the ritz carlton.

hands down, the best brunch in town! i am drooling and my eyes are everywhere. it was last year when we brunch here with my family. my friends always recommends this and i am glad to finally try.

you will have loads of options. i did enjoy the steak which is beautifully presented. freshly cooked mussels and scallops. desserts are overflowing! 4 hours is not enough to indulge. will definitely be back sooon after this corona

we went for a brunch at cuiscene and while id like to say it was up there with the best it fell short. the buffet spread was great, very nice sushi and great raw bar. the stations were varied and had a good reflection of all the resto's at the fairmont. the steaks and lamb chops cooked to order at the marco pierre white stand were great too. where it lacks are a fairly limited choice of beers (just 2) and no spirits (just a single cocktail of the day), house red and white and some crazy while watermelons full of vodka... this led to a rather disastrous mistake on my behalf where a friend ordered a bloody mary (i mean come on... it's brunch) lo and behold along come a massive bill for 63dhs! i've had some pretty amazing bloody mary's in my time but even the best wouldn't command a 63dhs price... anyways no warning on the cost of drink before ordering so it made for a rather sour note on brunch... the food and service were good (not great) and the ninja skills of delivering a bill for the bloody mary without notice... i may head back... one day... maybe.

what a terrific display of food ! truly one of the best buffets i have ever come across with cuisines from all over the world being the arabic indian european and asian ! to start with the hot mezzeh and the soups , two different soups were available one being the egg flour soup and other being the seafood ! i opted for the egg flour and truly loved it and not to forget the exquisite fatoush ! there was a wide variety of sushi placed at the seafood counter with roasted calamari and mussels, the best being the fish cake !
then moving on the wide range of main courses , they were extremely upto the mark with hell lot of diversified dishes at every single counter ! my favorite being the grilled chicken from the indian live counter !
coming to dessert over which i am still drooling ! there were wide array of mousses and desserts in this corner as well indeed satisfying ur sweet tooth out of which my favourite was the hot chocalate fudge , the panna cotta, the kunafa and the yummiest nutella crepe prepared right in front of my eyes !!
this is one of the finest place for fine dining with extremely amazing and assorted dishes and truly is a must visit !

one of the best deal! location and food are perfect. will look nowhere else while in abu dhabi! wide variety to satisfy all taste buds from seafood to meat lovers everyone will find his preferences. need a couple of visits to try it all!

yesterday i was invited among the team of mediclinic hospital to iftar party , i was so disappointed because the food was not up to the standards of other hotels of the last 5 years . the salads were almost flat taste like there was no dressing , the rice was not cooked well as you can crunch a lot of it while you are eating , meat did not smell good especially we are in a zone where people love the aroma of the saffron ,cardamom , etc , sweets were flat , not sure if they added sugar to them , even the drinks ! all diluted a lot with water , i would not recommend this restaurant to anybody because its such a big disappointment especially its located in a nice hotel . i will never come back again 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.

we dined here last night after purchasing a seafood and international buffet offer they have in groupon.

the service was amazing. our server jocel was very helpful and attentive to our needs. she’s always smiling knowing that the job she’s doing is not easy.

however, we were disappointed with the food. it is stated that it is a seafood and international buffet. when you enter, you’ll first see the section of small maki’s, beside that is the salad section where the choices were but a few. the carving station is another downside, the only thing available there was two dried roasted chicken and tough roasted beef, nothing more. in the seafood section, the only thing they can offer was grilled prawn and calamari plus few dried cooked fishes with sauce, expect nothing more. the main courses are very few in selection. no pasta dishes, no appetizers. the crepe was good though.
the food was a big disappointment honestly.

if it’s only for the service, i’ll give this cuiscene restaurant a five star review but we came there for the food as well and that is where they had the downfall. is it worth the price? for me even with the voucher, it’s a big no!

this is the breakfast buffet when staying at fairmont, one of the best spread. you can choose from a variety of food from breads, to salads, to fruits they have different stations for every food group. i personally love the bacon, sausages and the french toast.
