wow! this is all we could say after eating at cuatro. the spicy tuna nachos are a must! i ordered crab cakes for dinner and they were great as well. my husband ordered the classic style fish of the day and it was amazing! the sauce, the mashed potatoes, the fish wascookedperfectly ... it was all perfect together. highly recommend!!!

this little gem was such a treat, the house style ahi was an impeccable blackened cajun fish that wascookedperfectly. i enjoyed how much theycookedthe fish more than mamas fish house, which was twice the price! if you have the time, go!

hands down, the best meal we ate during our maui trip. amazing. the asian marinated steak and the pupu steak werecookedto perfection. we plan to return every year!

move over momma, the prawns here are better than yours!. wow. wow. wow. taste buds alive with the fusion of fresh local flavors and the bestcookedfish i have had on maui in 3 years. my very picky 7 year old boy said the prawns tasted better than my homemade shrimp. i would normally be a little offended by this statement but happy to give my prawn cooking crown to a well deserving restaurant ! don't worry we will be back for 20 more ' shrimp'. thank-you for a great meal!

my only complaint is that while everything was delicious, it seemed that every dish was saturated with truffle oil, a flavor that quickly becomes overpowering. the menu is made up from the day’s fresh fish, which can becookedin four different styles, house, mauiterranean, roasted riviera, or classic.

we settled on some appetizers, with the first being their asian style pupu steak with mushroom and truffled teriyaki sauce. holy crap it was huge! we couldn’t believe the size of this “appetizers”! it could easily be my mains! anyway, the size of it aside, the steak was beautifullycookedto medium rare, ono-gasmic mushroom and truffle teriyaki sauce complements the beef spectacularly.

one of the best restaraunts i have ever been to in my life. the food was fresh and perfectlycookedyet not too expensive. our server was cheerful and knowledgable, explaining ever plate of food he presented. i would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
