came for busienss lunch, restaurant is located in lobby floor. and they serve buffet lunch.
we were 2 persons and we took their busienss lunch package that include buffet, water, soft drink and coffee or tea.
the buffet is international and they have good varieties of food. the presentation is good and thetasteis good as well.
they have more than 10 different salad and appetizers with homos and moutabal.
main course also has asian and arabic with pasta and fajitas.
desert also delicious, the good thing about their buffet is the value and the presentation.
it’s is recommended for busienss lunch.

went here for their bubbly brunch on friday. they had a good spread of food ranging from salads in tiny jars to a taco station, pasta station and a burger live station.
the food was pretty good however the main disappointment was the crepe station.
i was super excited to finally eat crepes after a week long craving but to my disappointment, was served a crepe that was orange in colour and looked like a dosa. it didn'ttastelike a crepe, smell like a crepe or look like a crepe at all. truly disappointing.

the chocolate fountain only had marshmallows and no strawberries which is usually found at a chocolate fountain.

c.tasteoffers grilled fish and squid (find in the internet) but not in available in the restaurants.

average place located inside centro hotel al barsha. the buffet had limited variety and thetastewas also just about average. there is a live psta station and the dessert counter that is pretty good.

this is the second time i've been to ctasteat centro barsha. this time with my family for thursday dinner. they have a seafood buffet on thursdays. our server imali was very attentive and assisted us like family.

place and ambiance is nice specially if you come with family. you have the pub next to you if you want to grab a drink or two.

soup was nice, salad bar was okay but not very rich. main course was not bad, but their seafood paella was a disaster. it seems chef had forgotten to check once a while. it was was just rice with couple of pieces of crabs. mussels was just shells. tasted it but not so satisfied.

dessert bar was okay with limited options. again replenishment didn't happen. so basically if you are late, you have to satisfy with what is left. need improvement there.

comparing to my 1st experience, this was low and will hope management will have a look on improvements.

will give it another shot after sometime and update.

few places offer you the perfect bang for buck combination of tasty and healthy buffet, and ctasteat centro al barsha is definitely one of them.

we went for the asian theme night, held on sundays, and we're impressed by the dishes on offer.

thai green beef curry was the best, with a delightful tangy touch, closely followed by the dimsums.

the indian kebabs were freshly prepared, and were soft and juicy, combining well with fresh naans.

the vegetable biriyani surprised our non vegtastebuds, and is a definite must try.

the desserts selections were good, with a few authentic asian desserts among the typical pastries.

what we loved more is the quiet ambience, perfect to unwind at the beginning of a work week, and amazing service, all the reasonable price of 89 aed per person, which we believe was well summed up by chef fadi's words, " we are offering 5 star food at 3 star prices"

the selection of dishes are limited, but quality is well maintained, which is a better way of doing a buffet.

locating at the centro hotel, ctastecould have been better.
my experience at this restaurant was average, most of the times pastries were not baked daily, cereals were soggy and not crunchy.
based on a food experience, c.taste has a lot to improve. however, the only good thing is the friendly and helpful stuff.

after eating at c.taste for the past 10 months till now

i have been living at centro barsha and eating at c.tasteeveryday since i started living here last year, and i have not been fed up of thetasteto this day. the fact that the chefs are consistently good, and are able to prepare an international cuisine, have made me addicted to their food even though i am not from this continent. the waiters also give off their best even when they are under stress. c.taste is one of the most underrated restaurants in al barsha. their buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are an example of value for money.

brunch is a dubai institution that will never go out of style and it really excites everyone and who doesn’t like to have lazy hearty meal on off day. i got to try this c-taste brunch while i was on a staycation here in centro barsha. c-taste is an all day dining restaurant boosting contemporary setup, you can enjoy this international cuisine by sitting inside the restaurant or dwell in the luxury oftasteby sitting under the skylight area. the emphasis of the centro dining experience is on serving a delicious array of international food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. they have created an intimate yet lively atmosphere, perfect for sampling a tempting selection of culinary delights, any time of day.

went for iftar on tuesday, it was really a bad choice. just ambience was good but not the food. very few options in buffet, infact it doesnt seems like a buffet. hardly 7 or 8 options of main course which includes sometasteless pasta, fish with smell, lamb in beans, some kind of thick rice with shreded chicken, baked potato, mandi rice with lamb, shawarma (so called live shawarma which u can find in every corner in dubai with much much better in taste). good variety in salads but just the variety not the taste. some desserts they kept some dates, dried apricots and raisins in the name of dried fruits. in short, not recommended at all for foodies. you may surely find better options in the same or less price with much much better taste, variety and ambience.

it was weekend so we did another iftar outside via an invitation from centro barsha. iftar is celebrated in c.tastelocated in the lobby of the hotel. the hotel is pretty much close to the mall of emirates and just across the mosque. it’s very convenient for this month of ramadan for their guests to go for prayers instead of a praying room.
