i was here for friday brunch, for the chocolate brunch on the world chocolate day. i loved the beg biryani and chicken grill. the live station with all chocolate delicacies was a super attraction and the chocolate shaawarma was the star of the show. i loved everything here. waffles,crepes, chocolate fountain, chocolate icecream, hot chocolate, cold chocolate, donuts, chocolate kunafa. there was everything u name it .

visited this outlet for breakfast buffet. full marks to the same. not a lot of variety but yeah the available variety is delicious. the veal sausages, mortadellas, great cooking station. here you will find coffee machine with fresh beans. enough items for someone who is on keto diet.

the thing which makes it more appealing is its attentive staff - always with a smile and quick plus its ambience..

average place located inside centro hotel al barsha. the buffet had limited variety and the taste was also just about average. there is a live psta station and the dessert counter that is pretty good.

a place with good ambience. they have an interesting dining area with bright light area and dim light area which i liked the most. the staff were very attendive and friendly. the food is fresh and tasty. they have live cooking corner for grills. the salads, maincourse and desserts were yum.

this is the second time i've been to c taste at centro barsha. this time with my family for thursday dinner. they have a seafood buffet on thursdays. our server imali was very attentive and assisted us like family.

place and ambiance is nice specially if you come with family. you have the pub next to you if you want to grab a drink or two.

soup was nice, salad bar was okay but not very rich. main course was not bad, but their seafood paella was a disaster. it seems chef had forgotten to check once a while. it was was just rice with couple of pieces of crabs. mussels was just shells. tasted it but not so satisfied.

dessert bar was okay with limited options. again replenishment didn't happen. so basically if you are late, you have to satisfy with what is left. need improvement there.

comparing to my 1st experience, this was low and will hope management will have a look on improvements.

will give it another shot after sometime and update.

few places offer you the perfect bang for buck combination of tasty and healthy buffet, and c taste at centro al barsha is definitely one of them.

we went for the asian theme night, held on sundays, and we're impressed by the dishes on offer.

thai green beef curry was the best, with a delightful tangy touch, closely followed by the dimsums.

the indian kebabs were freshly prepared, and were soft and juicy, combining well with fresh naans.

the vegetable biriyani surprised our non veg taste buds, and is a definite must try.

the desserts selections were good, with a few authentic asian desserts among the typical pastries.

what we loved more is the quiet ambience, perfect to unwind at the beginning of a work week, and amazing service, all the reasonable price of 89 aed per person, which we believe was well summed up by chef fadi's words, " we are offering 5 star food at 3 star prices"

the selection of dishes are limited, but quality is well maintained, which is a better way of doing a buffet.

sunday is asian nights at c.taste and we were here to experience their buffet. the staff are happy souls with smiling faces, the service is great and the buffet spread is decent.

the buffet spread has a good variety of salads - thai, indian and arabic and also have some variety of cheese. they have dim sums and a noodles live cooking station. they also have a tandoori grill where chicken skewers in indian flavors are freshly grilled. 

there was a veg noodle soup that was pretty decent however lacked a bit of flavor. 

some of the mains that i tried were the grilled fish miso, butter chicken, vegetable biryani, chilli cheese potato and steamed rice.  

the spread of desserts is also good with a selection of indian, asian desserts and cakes.  

the spread of indian food was way better than the rest with the butter chicken being my absolute favorite.

staff is polite. price is reasonable but not that much options. especially sea food. will.come back if you add see food options. thank you all team

locating at the centro hotel, c taste could have been better.
my experience at this restaurant was average, most of the times pastries were not baked daily, cereals were soggy and not crunchy.
based on a food experience, c.taste has a lot to improve. however, the only good thing is the friendly and helpful stuff.

nice place, good ambience, great service and average food. we were two and had booked a table prior to the visit. the staffs were all super friendly, well mannered and polite. approached us with a smile and kept the smile until we left. the buffet wasn't bad but the number of options for the main course where limited. more vegetarian options than meat. the noodles which was prepared at the live cooking station was a bit salty for us. the salt which they put on the grilled fish wasn't even. decent choices of salads and deserts. lively cooked kebab was delicious. good for a one time visit.

went there for friday brunch, been there multiple times before. what a fantastic setup and spread especially salads and desserts. live food stations. very active and polite staff. very much economical and a must visit for foodies.

after eating at c.taste for the past 10 months till now

i have been living at centro barsha and eating at c. taste everyday since i started living here last year, and i have not been fed up of the taste to this day. the fact that the chefs are consistently good, and are able to prepare an international cuisine, have made me addicted to their food even though i am not from this continent. the waiters also give off their best even when they are under stress. c.taste is one of the most underrated restaurants in al barsha. their buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are an example of value for money.

my go-to place for a nice little not crowded buffet or brunch on a friday. the food is always good and happy with the service and waiters. i have been there for brunch, iftar, and christmas and they never fail to surprise with their different dishes. they also set up a notch with decor when they are preparing for a celebration of some sort.

overall great food, good value and good service.

we went for yalla arabic night. the buffet includes many varieties. the food is tasty and really delicious. the price is reasonable for food and soft drinks. the staff is friendly and helpful. we loved this place, we definitely recommend this place 😋😋😋
