thebeerand oysters were awesome. i ordered the crawfish etouffe and would definitely order it again.

we stopped in for a break mid afternoon. we ordered abeerand a mimosa and when the waiter brought those we ordered a baked brie app. the drinks were fine and we were in no hurry, but we had to flag the waiter chatting at the next table for another drink and he completely forgot the brie. too bad because i needed some food to go with my drinks. we left instead of staying for dinner.

overpriced!! not at all what i wanted from my new orleans experience. i felt ripped off. on ordering the crawfish étouffée, i was told that there are alot of complaints about it and i should order something different. thebeerwas marginal and luke warm. very disappointed with this place.

my wife and i visited this restaurant/bar for drinks and apps. thebeeris brewed onsite and pretty good. you can get sampler beers to from 4 to 6 tastings. order the wings and they were awesome. grilled and flavorful. we definitely go back.

omg amazing food. black forestbeeris great. the crab cake appetizer and seafood cheesecake were fabulous. drex was wonderful and suggested his favorites which were very good. would definitely come back again.

goodbeergood food. had the duck. very tasty if you are tired of the usual here in new orleans. thebeeris good not great, but im abeersnob. exactly what i was looking for today. service at the bar was very good. the bartender walked me thru the menu and was honest about it. something i appreciate. the jazz is a nice bonus. cheers.

a touristy place with good food. this place is ok. no, its better than that!

i like the freshbeerand the appetizers are fine. in fact, they are better than fine. try the oysters baked three ways and tell me this place isn't great.

brewhouse entrees are fine, but get a sandwich and tell me that you have had a better pork po-boy....i dare you...add a black forrestbeerand you have a little bit of heaven right here.

i believe it was thebeergarden salad, but regardless, it was fresh, tasty and not overly dressed (like many salads we had in new orleans were).

loved this restaurant! ordered shrimp and grits and it was better than i could have expected. we also ordered baked bree for an appetizer which came with spiced apples on top, simply delicious. theirbeeris not bad either.

terrible service, disengaged staff, mediocrebeer& food. i had grouper on flatbread which turned out to be a very small piece of fish on a plate-sized crunchy bread, smothered in mayo and overly long raw veggie sticks. difficult to eat and bland. second diner had a burger that was overcooked. third had shrimp & grits & said grits were a glutonous mass. waitress didn't have many tables but never checked in. really sloppy service - leaving extra place settings on table, setting my food down on my silverware. another waiter dropped a bottle of tobasco near our table & left it for a good 15 mins while our eyes watered & the manager watched tv the bar. final straw was watching a waiter drop a napkin & serving ware on the floor next to us, and tobasco-dropper giggled & put it back in his hand so he headed out to put it on a table for some unsuspecting diner. we managed to pull the manager away from his game long enough to complain. as we left the bartender was laughing at the complaint - so i'd say this place is a bad joke on anyone hoping for a good microbrewery with decent service.

tried the shrimp & grits and a black forest beer. liked both. thebeerwas excellent.

the oyster club was out of this world, but this place is slightly overpriced. i still wouldn't avoid it though - if nothing else, go for thebeerand the atmosphere.

great food. my wife and i stopped in here for dinner while on vacation simply because we were walking by it and couldn't decide on anywhere else to eat that night. we were extremely happy that we did as we had some amazing food. the mussels appetizer with the lemongrassbeersauce was to die for. i had the duck confit for dinner and it was out of this world. thebeeris nothing to write home about but good and i like that it is used in a lot of the food recipes in the menu. we also had very good service though we were there during the slow summer tourism season and it was not very busy.

holy duck that's good!. we ate here tonight, i had the duck and omg amazing! i think this is in the top 5 best things i have ever eaten in my life! my husband had the gruber and loved it. our appetizer was the crab cake on top of the fried green tomato and man oh man, i could eat two of those as an entree! the food was amazing, live jazz and oh yea spectacular beer! red dragonbeeris fantastic and pairs really well with the duck. we were too full for dessert but i would have loved to try that pecan pie! our server was really nice and attentive, she's the one who made the duck recommendation and said i would not be disappointed and she was right! best meal thus far in french quarter!

big oysters!. we got our seafood fix at the crescent city brewhouse after stopping in there for abeerhours before. first off, thebeerisn't that great, so i was hesitant to come back but my girlfriend insisted. the atmosphere and warm service was my deciding factor for doing so. i had a huge craving for oysters on the half shell and they did not disappoint. i ordered a dozen and after seeing how big they were, i wish i would have got 6. some were twice the size of my cracker. they were nice and fresh and went well with the ipa. we shared the redfish which was equally amazing. for our last dinner in the quarter that weekend, we finally got it right!
