crawdaddy's brooklyn is great for a group of people. the vibe is busy, hectic and noisy - but it's great fun.

the food portions are huuuuuge and deeeelicious! and also well-priced.

service isgoodand the decor is rustic.

we had battered deep-fried squid heads, chicken schnitzel, a burger and 'crawchows' - roasted spud skins, bacon pieces smothered with mozzarella, cheddar cheese, salsa, avo dip and a jalapeño. oh my gosh, this is definitely a nice dish to share with friends. and the onion rings ...

on 18 november 2014 we had lunch again at the brooklyn crawdaddy's.  the onion rings superb!  hein had a jalapeno cheese bacon burger with chips.  my word, that sauce is just soooo good!!!!

i had the starter portion (r69) of cannelloni calamari filled with spinach, feta & haloumi (although one can't taste the haloumi), smothered in mozzarella cheese and swimming in a tomato sauce.  goodness, this was a huge portion!!!!  and sooo yummy!!!!!

then i had to end of my meal with something sweet ... they call it a cold chocolate dessert (can't remember exactly how they spelled it ... chokalate ...)  its choc mousse layered with marie biscuits in a form, served with a maraschino cherry and juice.  heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!  absolutely the perfect size dessert, not too sweet, but oh so heavenly!!!!!!

prices are really reasonable and portions huge!!  grab a few friends and go and visit the brooklyn branch.

fantastic little place, fantastic atmosphere, the feel of the place is impeccable...staff were very friendly, always popping in to make sure you don't need anything...food was great, large portions and at verygoodprices...

best steak in town. their cheese and jalapeño sauce was amazing and sogoodi order it everytime i go back. service was outstanding. always have agoodtime here.

as a steak fanatic i can say crawdaddy's has the best quality meat in town. service isgoodbut frankly if your meat is of this quality then they can serve it on a paper plate and i will still be happy. be sure to order medium to rare as the best pieces are kept for the real meat lovers.

service and foodwise better than its brooklyn counterpart. i had the curry and it came in a small potjie which was cute. the flavours were delicious but the cut of meat used was very fatty and full of cartlidge. the waiters are very friendly and attentive but it is a little bit over priced. otherwise everyone had agoodtime and the foods all came on time and together.

crawdaddy's is a local favourite in this part of town, and withgoodreason too. the generous menu is packed with delicious options, and as my mom would say, you can honestly order anything on the menu because it's all delicious.

the meat options are always top notch. last night we had the 500g ribs with chips and (as predicted) it did not disappoint! we also had the seafood chowder and omg it is truly phenomenal!

we also had decadent, thick milkshakes that hit every sweet craving. i especially loved the oreo milkshake.

i highly recommend crawdaddy's for a relaxed night out with consistently high quality food and service.

really a great venue for a delicious fish dinner. i had the prawns in lemon butter sauce with half portion of rice and chips, and a side dish of creamed spinach. what a delightful combination it turned out to be. ended with a well made skinny cuppacino.goodattentative waitering and the busy restaurant had a nice friday night vibe of happy diners.

the best asian soy glazed ribs i've ever had. generous portions for agoodprice, i went for valentine's day with my boyfriend and he got a fillet steak that felt like pillows in your mouth.

i still came home with leftovers that still tasted amazing the day after. they are famous for there steaks as well, so i strong recommend you try one of there steak dishes😸

there sides are also seasoned well and quite tasty.

heard a lot ofgoodreviews in the past about crawdaddy, and i finally got to experience it myself.
they have quite a vast menu with a bit of everything and they have unique flavor combinations. would definitely like to go back to try a few more items off the menu. i had the philly peppa burger and hubby had a jalapeño bacon and cheese burger. so good!

always been a fan of crawdaddys because their seafood was good. lately it is abysmal to say the least. very cluttered menu, so little fish to choose from and odd combinations. sweet chilli sauce with jalapeño poppers? sour cream works much better. our waiter was good, not great, think he might have been stoned. ordered a platter to share, rice was over cooked, the fish pieces were ok, calamari wasgoodand prawns were so damned small!

excellent food, great service and lovely atmosphere. there is a wide variety to choose from. the prices sregoodand you grt real value for your money. pepper steak was an excellent grade of meat one of my favourite meals when hsd with mash.

seriouslygoodfood, made with little pretence! my dad had their t-bone special and we all ate some of it!!!!! sogoodand a huge portion. we also shared the mussel pot. yum! if you are looking for great food, ice cold beer and friendly service... head out that way soon.
