the food was really really good, the service was kind of strange though. i addedbreakfastpotatoes onto my order once we got our food and never received them. when i told my waitress she was very quick to give me a refund and the food didn't take very long at all, overall i was pretty impressed and thought it was a very nice cafe.

above expectations. we were very impressed with the atmosphere, food, and service! we went out looking for a new place nearby and a friend recommended cozy cafe. it is a quaint little space, and reminds me of a european and mediterranean cafe. there are many options on the menu, and they even offerbreakfastanytime of the day! thank you cozy cafe, we will definitely return soon!

the food is great!. "classic"breakfastoptions done nicely (no grease... everything tastes gourmet). make their own sausage! they have some "fancier"breakfastdishes, too. delicious food. little diner atmosphere without the greasy heavy feel. staff was cordial but not overly friendly (european).

another goodbreakfastspot. my family and i liked this place for breakfast. my spouse had the two crepes with fresh fruit and low fat yogurt served with an english muffin. we didn't understand why it was served with an english muffin, but okay… it was good and enough to be filling. i wanted eggs benedict but the waitress said "we ran out of sauce yesterday", huh? i thought hollandaise sauce was just egg yolk, lemon juice and butter? oh well, i had a basicbreakfastinstead and it was fine. my son had french toast and a scrambled egg. no complaints from anyone. we enjoyed ourselves here and we were pleasantly surprised by the interior, pretty nice for a repurposed quik trip. we are putting this into ourbreakfastrotation.

love this place. we stop here at least once a month for lunch. my wife enjoys the gyro and i try anything new cozy suggests. loved the proscuiotto sandwich. the soups are always freshly made and very tasty. carrot, butternut squash, cassolulet, the list goes on. baklava, lasagna, lamb dishes are family recipes.breakfastis excellent and portions are very large. i would much rather eat at a family run restaurant where you know their heart and soul are out there than a large chain where it is "cookie cutter" service.

not a good choice. my husband and i have passed this little place many times and i always suggested we try it forbreakfastsometime. unfortunately, we did yesterday. although we received menus as soon as we sat down we were forgotten for about 15 minutes. i received my drink (milk) but my husband waited and waited and waited for the coffee he ordered to arrive. finally, a waitress (who i want to say seemed greek) arrived to take our order and when we asked about the coffee her answer was an abrupt "the coffee machine is acting up - you'll get it when it's ready" said as if we were bugging her.breakfastarrived. my scrambled eggs looked like the bottom of a cookie sheet -like they where probably cooked as a sheet full and cut to order. my husband's eggs benedict was cold. and, our biscuits and gravy were very bland. i like ketchup with my hashbrowns -so i immediately asked for ketchup-and our waitress must have forgotten this request taking the 5 steps back to the counter-cause she stood at the counter-did paperwork, talked to co-workers, delivered all her guest checks to all her tables, yadda yadda yadda-i got up and got my own damn ketchup. we usually give a restaurant another try or two just cause everyone has an off day once in a while but we're not coming back to cozy's ever.

the staff are very friendly. my wife really liked herbreakfastcroissant, which was lightly toasted with egg & havarti cheese. my prosciutto sandwich had great bread, but the eggs (which i got hard-fried) overpowered the meat and there was no manner of dressing; it was rather dry and not very well balanced in flavor. the hash browns were very basic and, for me, undercooked. good coffee, though.

not fond. i have tried this place 3 different times, once forbreakfastand twice for lunch. the portions are vey small for the money. the only thing that was redeeming was that the quiche was creamy. the food is good for the most part, put so expensive.

tasty but overpriced. i ordered lamb chops last night, they were tasty, but very skimpy. i was told i would get two chops, i believe it was one chop, cut in half. i have never seen such a skinny lamb chop, to say it was a quarter inch thick would be generous. i favor local restaurants and have hadbreakfasthere before, but i will not go back for dinner.

newbreakfaststop. stopped in one morning for breakfast. i ordered a simplebreakfast(eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast) and everything was perfect. ordered a kid's portion for my daughter, and it was nearly as big as mine. the menu items for lunch and dinner didn't seem very interesting, but i'll definitely stop again in the morning.

really good, clean, excellent service-check update. hadbreakfastthere over the weekend and it was very tasty. very good blueberry pancake. the eggs etc came out done perfectly as ordered. the price is average and the menu is not elaborate but appealing. oh, and the coffee was really good (it's surprising how often this detail is overlooked). i suggest you give it a try. i'm anxious to go back and try dinner.
update-april 2010
i hate to mess with peoples livelyhoods but i've eaten here quite a bit now and have noticed that the owner is somewhat a control freak and when it's crowded things get a little harried and disorganized. the owner has to be the one to take your order etc. and when it's busy that just makes the whole operation chaotic. also, the girl with the glasses looks so unhappy you'd swear she was going to hang herself in the bathroom any minute. i think the owner needs to chill a little-i see micromanaging at it's worst. the food continues to be good, they do need a little more selection for breakfast, i really don't like it as well as santa fe cafe and i'm not related to them or anything like that i really just like it somewhat better and have never been disappointed with anything there.
