not impressed!. interesting to read other comments about how poor theservicewas here! theserviceat this place was disgraceful, possibly the worst i've ever experienced!
in 25 minutes, i sat and waited, then went to the hostess and asked for a menu, then waited, then went back to the hostess to ask for service, then waited, then ordered a beer which never came, then ordered it again, then waited, then left.
dear owners, please take note: yourservicestaff is killing your business.
aside from the non-existent service, the place was rundown and dirty. could use a good scrub, or a hose! and you may want to consider not allowing dogs in an establishment that serves food. there were 2 there during my "visit".
there are lots of great places in santa fe to eat. give this one a pass!

there are many good restaurants in santa fe. this is not one of them. the food was mediocre at best, theservicewas sluggish and awkward and the setting is chaotic. they also consider themselves to be a bbq restaurant, yet have only three bbq dishes on the menu.

got the nutburger (veggie friendly). it was good. hubby got brisket & said it was good. step-daughter got kids mac & cheese and tangy wings. she liked the mac & cheese but the wings were way too spicy for her and she didn't like them. nice patio. only one unisex bathroom.servicewas at times kind of slow but our waitress was working half the tables on the patio. but the staff was very friendly.

come on people...this place has all natural beef for hamburgers and i had a delicious natural sirloin cooked perfect medium. it is only my second time to eat here but everyone i was with enjoyed their meal. the sirloin i had came on a bed of caramelized onions and with a roasted green chili on top.servicewas great. one of my dining companions i was with said the gumbo was better than what she had in new orleans. besides where are you gonna go at 11:00 pm on a thursday for some great nosh. so lighten up on the cowgirl and enjoy it for what it is.

food andservicewere finely me. very friendly waiter and a great shrimp tamale= happy diner. the music was awful but one cannot expect much from random local acts.

this place sucks. do not waste your money. it's hip and trendy for sure but the food andserviceis mediocre at best. i've had better ribs from the grocery store deli. the potato salad was bland as were the beans. we ordered the kids sundae as a treat. waited longer on a scoop of ice cream to appear than we waited on the meal. when it arrived it was an unpretty melty mess. boo on the cowgirl. and seriously, pick a genre. the menu and choices make no sense.

weird crowd, slow service. maybe this is a real local joint but i felt very out of place there.... there is no organization with theserviceso our group was unsure of where to sit, where to order drinks, and we just wound of being standing there being stared at when none of the servers provided us with "directions" . the food was good and decent prices for drinks. our server seemed very overwhelmed and it showed in her service. go with someone who knows the routine!

busy but worth it. we went for the first time this past weekend and apparently at the right time. it wasn't too crowed but they got busy quickly. we sat outside and enjoyed the non-smoking atmosphere (big bonus). our burgers were awesome, perfectly cooked. theservicecould've been better, but other staff pitched in without complaint. my pet peeve is not getting my refills on time, so they do neex to improve that, but otherwise no complaint.

bad service, bad food. i've been to this restaurant twice and both times the food was not that great and over priced for what it was. andservicewas pretty bad as well. very slow and unfriendly servers.

not worth it. food is alright, but not worth the price, and i've found theserviceto be consistently bad. i'll go just for the sweet potato fries.
