went with a party of 13 and it took an hour to get seated and after we were seated our waiter took our drinks order and left when he came back we told him we were readi to order our food but he only had half of the drinks and left to get the rest of it it took about another hour to get our food and only half of it made it to the table and it was cold or under cooked, i droped my fork andaskedfor one and had to go to the door that goes to the kitchen and ask some one for one because my waiter never came back with it.
my picaña was raw and could not eat it iaskedto speak with the manager but he also never showed up, when we were leaving iaskedfor the name of the manager and was told it is alan but was told his last name is confidential.
don't go to corralitos it has the worst service and the management doesn't care!!

although the food was good. the service was lacking severely. to start off we had empty glasses of water and iced tea, after about 10 minutes of not seeing our waiter my tea was filled up with water, and they didnt offer to change it for me. the waiter couldn't answer simple menu questions when he was around. iaskedhim how he liked the burgers.... he stated "i would definitely get the steak" not sure if this was a ticket increase point of sale or what, but it wasn't what i asked. so after we finished out meal, and waited another 15 minutes for our check. iaskedsomeone for it. this man saw my credit card in the table andaskedme if he could just take it. obviously no! i haven't even seen the check. i am thinking are you kidding me???? at this point that man stated he was the asst mgr. wow! at this point if waiting another 5 minutes for the check, i finally got up andaskedto speak to the overall manager. we spoke about the concerns with our service and he said he was sorry.... i still don't have my check...... he said he would take care of it and make it right. at this point all we want to do is go.....finally got the bill, gave him my cc, went back to my table and waited another 5 minutes before the manager brought my cc back to me. this manager comped 2.25 for my tea....wow! then he apologized again, and all we still want to do is leave.... then he says that he is sorry and was bringing us desserts on the house. so a waiter comes up with one plate with a piece if cake on it..... uggghhhh we want to leave. we didnt have the cake, to include the fact that it would have been inappropriate to eat the one slice with my dinner mate as we were not on a date!!!!! it was like i was in some crazy parallel universe. i will be following up with the owner. unbelievable.

food was great, but the service was the worst. ordered tacos and did not receive tortillas, ordered wine and cocktails and did not receive until midway through meal. several items ordered were delivered incorrectly. askedto speak to the manager, but he never came to our table. will not go back.

dinner. i have never had a bad dinner until today, the waiter was bad we say next to the door gojng to the patio it slammed all night long and our waiter just was just bad on refills of water chips salsa and never were weaskedabout our service

we just got back from dinner. i must say the food is great but the service was the worst. we ordered two more margaritas that never came , ordered an extra baked potato that never came, ordered extra salad dressing that took about 8 minutes to get to us. the waiters are very friendly but nothing gets done. weaskedfor the check and it took about 20 minutes. i hope next time we go, the service is back up to par!

okay at best.. my husband and i ate here this week for the first time. the restaurant is actually very nice, beautiful woodwork, really nice atmosphere. we were seated right away, and that's pretty much where everything went downhill. the service at 4 int he afternoon was slow- there was hardly anyone there. we gave the benefit of the doubt as we thought maybe we were in between services-

we both had mexican food, which now that i think about it, i am not sure why we didn't go for something different! the enchilada plates were good-w easkedfor traditional egg with them which was met with an odd look! really. in el paso? lol! it really took an inordinate amount of time to get our food, and to get the check- it was slowwwwww. the food was not bad- refried beans i loved, spanish rice was better than usual. enchiladas were nto particularly flavorful- they were just missing something.

we are going to give this place a second chance and try something different. hope next time is a better experience!

terrible. group of seven all had a bad experience, the waitress seemed to be training another and we had to ask the trainee to attend to us because the other was just terrible. we got our meal delivered before appetizers and my plat ewas cold and the cheese on the top wasnt even melted. the manager came by andaskedhow we were doing, we said " awful" he smiled and said enjoy! are you kidding me!

terrible customer service - do not go!!. the experience at this restaurant was probably the worst customer service experience of my life going to all levels of restaurants.

if you do not want to read this long review, i will summarized it for you; avoid all this trouble, do not go to this place, there are places in el paso with better quality of food, customer service and pricing.


everything got started when iaskedto be seated in a booth rather than a table. when i asked, the place had several booths available. we wereaskedto wait for the booth to be cleaned. after a while the hostess came back and said that we could not be seated because the "kitchen was busy" so i thought, the restaurant most have different kitchens one for tables and one for booths!! then iaskedto speak to the manager, he came out andaskedhim if we could wait at the booth, since they had several available. he said no, the kitchen was very busy, and then i thought, the kitchen must use the booths to do food preparation!! and then i thought again to my self, maybe the table's kitchen must not be that busy, since we had been seated in a table. after already 30 minutes iaskedthe manager again if we could be seated at the booth, he replied that the kitchen was busy. i told him that if we could not be seated we were going to leave the place, he said to go ahead, then iaskedhim if he knew what would the owner of the restaurant would think about him letting not only my business, my guest business and all the persons that we could recommend for the place, he said that he did not care.

not coming back. today we had the worst service ever i ordered a black bass an thats all i got it was supposed to come with a salad my companion ordered sirloin tacos all she got was dry burned meat flavored less no tortillas no condiments for the black bass no salt pepper on table waiters neveraskedwe were doing ok or needed something when we called the manager he did apologized but that doesnt help much its a very expensive place and we deserve better service, will never go back.
