the best steakhouse restaurant in el paso tx. by far! good luck! and keep the good work gentlemen.

went with a party of 13 and it took an hour to get seated and after we were seated our waiter took our drinks order and left when he came back we told him we were readi to order our food but he only had half of the drinks and left to get the rest of it it took about another hour to get our food and only half of it made it to the table and it was cold or under cooked, i droped my fork and asked for one and had to go to the door that goes to the kitchen and ask some one for one because my waiter never came back with it.
my picaña was raw and could not eat it i asked to speak with the manager but he also never showed up, when we were leaving i asked for the name of the manager and was told it is alan but was told his last name is confidential.
don't go to corralitos it has the worst service and the management doesn't care!!

although the food was good. the service was lacking severely. to start off we had empty glasses of water and iced tea, after about 10 minutes of not seeing our waiter my tea was filled up with water, and they didnt offer to change it for me. the waiter couldn't answer simple menu questions when he was around. i asked him how he liked the burgers.... he stated "i would definitely get the steak" not sure if this was a ticket increase point of sale or what, but it wasn't what i asked. so after we finished out meal, and waited another 15 minutes for our check. i asked someone for it. this man saw my credit card in the table and asked me if he could just take it. obviously no! i haven't even seen the check. i am thinking are you kidding me???? at this point that man stated he was the asst mgr. wow! at this point if waiting another 5 minutes for the check, i finally got up and asked to speak to the overall manager. we spoke about the concerns with our service and he said he was sorry.... i still don't have my check...... he said he would take care of it and make it right. at this point all we want to do is go.....finally got the bill, gave him my cc, went back to my table and waited another 5 minutes before the manager brought my cc back to me. this manager comped 2.25 for my tea....wow! then he apologized again, and all we still want to do is leave.... then he says that he is sorry and was bringing us desserts on the house. so a waiter comes up with one plate with a piece if cake on it..... uggghhhh we want to leave. we didnt have the cake, to include the fact that it would have been inappropriate to eat the one slice with my dinner mate as we were not on a date!!!!! it was like i was in some crazy parallel universe. i will be following up with the owner. unbelievable.

it's not difficult to not like this place! i dined during happy hour before the 5:00 pm crowd, and found plenty of parking! the arrachera, tampiqueña style, is a great signature dish! medium well is recommended! the chips & salsa awesome. the corralito sampler is a meal in itself. the chicken tenders and the chocolate brownie are a favorite for kids! staff is prompt, courteous, and attentive. the menu is pricy; however, the cuisine & ambiance sets this place apart! well worth it, highly recommended!

food was great, but the service was the worst. ordered tacos and did not receive tortillas, ordered wine and cocktails and did not receive until midway through meal. several items ordered were delivered incorrectly. asked to speak to the manager, but he never came to our table. will not go back.

have to say that we read the reviews and were a little skeptical about this place. i'm glad we decided to give it try because the experience was worth it. the service and the food was amazing. we had appetizers and food all under an hour. we ordered two plates ( mahi mahi and rib eye) and we were absolutley amazed with the flavor. the wait staff is very nice ( mellisa served us at the bar) and everyone seemed to be very attentive. i do however have one major complaint about sitting at the bar. the bar tenders (especially stephanie who was extremely loud and obnoxious behind the bar) were having a party with the wait staff in the middle of our dinner with no respect to how loud they were being. oh well everything else was great. i'm glad we went.

the steaks were delicious cooked to perfection. the only complaint i have was the rude waiter. i can't recall his name but...i didn't like his tone of voice with us and it took him an extremely long time to even refill our glasses. we ordered two mixed drinks towards the end of our visit and it took him more than 30 minutes to get them to us. he was very different with the...couple on the table next to us. my husband and i are both hispanic and we were amazed at how this waiters attitude changed when he was serving them. it was my husbands' birthday and i requested a cupcake for him and the waiter completely forgot about it.
we will go back to the restaurant because the steaks are phenomenal but i will make sure to never get this waiter again.

a bad experience with the manager, (corralito in doniphan st.). i made a reservecion even a dinner for 15 peoples with a month of anticipation,
the hosster very amiable, but de manager is a person who does not know to treat the clients.
to four days of to event we cancelled the reservation.
it was a very very bad experience with the manager.

dinner. i have never had a bad dinner until today, the waiter was bad we say next to the door gojng to the patio it slammed all night long and our waiter just was just bad on refills of water chips salsa and never were we asked about our service

best steak in years. had the arrachera (spelling?) steak which was an inside skirt steak, absolutely outstanding. came with a red enchilada, some beans and guacamole. overall everything was great and service was excellent. highly recommend.

we just got back from dinner. i must say the food is great but the service was the worst. we ordered two more margaritas that never came , ordered an extra baked potato that never came, ordered extra salad dressing that took about 8 minutes to get to us. the waiters are very friendly but nothing gets done. we asked for the check and it took about 20 minutes. i hope next time we go, the service is back up to par!

don't go!!! overpriced...$9 a beer?? not even at a club in vegas...twice i went and twice they charged me plates i did not order. the second time they even refused to remove them from my check!! i ordered steak quesadillas and they charged me a ribeye and the quesadillas on the side because they don't have steak quesadillas on their menu! i feel ripped off.

service was great at the beginning and now it is even better. food is always great

my enchiladas were filled to capacity with steak (not ground beef) and even had some additional sliced steak on top of the enchiladas. the red sauce was wonderfully spicy and quite complex-tasting. kudos to the kitchen for that red sauce! the accompanying rice and beans were tasty as well.
