terrible customer service - do not go!!. the experience at this restaurant was probably the worst customer service experience of my life going to all levels of restaurants.
if you do not want to read this long review, i will summarized it for you; avoid all this trouble, do not go to this place, there are places in el paso with better quality of food, customer service and pricing.
everything got started when i asked to be seated in a booth rather than a table. when i asked, the place had several booths available. we were asked to wait for the booth to be cleaned. after a while the hostess came back and said that we could not be seated because the "kitchen was busy" so i thought, the restaurant most have different kitchens one for tables and one for booths!! then i asked to speak to the manager, he came out and asked him if we could wait at the booth, since they had several available. he said no, the kitchen was very busy, and then i thought, the kitchen must use the booths to do food preparation!! and then i thought again to my self, maybe the table's kitchen must not be that busy, since we had been seated in a table. after already 30 minutes i asked the manager again if we could be seated at the booth, he replied that the kitchen was busy. i told him that if we could not be seated we were going to leave the place, he said to go ahead, then i asked him if he knew what would the owner of the restaurant would think about him letting not only my business, my guest business and all the persons that we could recommend for the place, he said that he did not care.
