coltivare is pretty much my favorite place in town. the only thing that sucks is that they don't take reservations and it is always packed. i recommend getting there early! and keep in mind they're closed on tuesdays.makesure to order the cauliflower and save room for dessert! food here is seasonal, fresh, and seriously delicious.makesure to check out the garden and patio too!
