i love coltivare. thefoodis refreshingly simply - tonight we had the roasted broccoli and kohlrabi salad, which was wonderful. every bite was better than the first.. my husband and i fought over the last bits. we followed with the shrimp pizza, then split the roast pork, then ended with the strawberry crostini with mexican vanilla gelato. the pork was saltier than i usually l like my food, but that is the only detraction, otherwise everything was perfect. i asked the waiter to pair a wine with the pork and he picked a lovely cote de rhone that was perfect. marvelous evening!
