literally travelled across sydney to try thiscoffeeafter hearing it was the bestcoffeein sydney. they supply beans to many cafes across sydney. from the outside, it was an old factory building. interior was basic, not a place that i will hang around for a long period of time. service was fast but not very personalised because it was so busy.

i ordered the latte and it was the most memorable one of all coffees. the acidity cuts through the richness of the milk and brings out the aroma of the coffee. it had a distinct caramel flavour and little bitterness. would definitely recommend trying.

in short: coffee alchemy is not just another cafe. their artisanal approach tocoffeewill reveal itself when you take that first sip. outstandingcoffeein a retro space that is a real throwback to the ’80s. i loved the light that streams through the space of an afternoon. my tip is to try a pour-over coffee, specifically an ethiopian single origin, if available. the cafe only servescoffeeand there’s no food available.

my vote for the best, most consistentcoffeeyou will taste in sydney. with lots of different options to choose from, you must try a cold brew with milk.

introduced to this roaster/cafe by a friend. so glad to have tried thecoffeehere. service is very good and easy to make a choice of size of the hotcoffeeas only one size of regular for takeaway or drink in. the cold drinks were also one size too.

lots of people ordering coffees to have in as it was a cold day. there is a small seating area inside so turnover of tables is quite quick with most scoffing their coffees and going. quite a few takeaways as well as people having bags of beans to enjoy at home. had a mocha and tasted very nice. prettycoffeeart on top.

nothing but acoffeebar - no food that i could see - and they did an interestingcoffeewith rough tasty beans but very milky, would have been amazing if it wasn't so weak and a bit expensive.

you guys need to train your new people better. i understand that it's a holiday period and casual staff but giving a customer caffeinatedcoffeewhen they specifically ordered a decaf is unacceptable. we ordered decaf for a reason, otherwise it makes people have a headache, nauseous and feel sick.

a bit hard to find parkin, but that's the only negative i can find. there are plenty ofcoffeevarieties to choose from and thecoffeetastes great, good texture of the milk and thecoffeenice and smooth

amazingcoffee- bestcoffeein sydney or australia! when you park and get out your greeted with amazing smell of roasting beans. ordered my usual and made perfectly. we watched the baristas serve a queue if people making eachcoffeelike it was the only one they'd make that day.. amazing attention to perfection...

coffee alchemy is purely about the coffee, nothing else but high quality. although busy, this place keeps its cool. it's relaxed vibe and intense aroma is filled throughout the place. no need to over compensate with food etc. 100% this place only serves up the bestcoffeein sydney

this isn't a traditional cafe, it is acoffeeden, and these guys are serious about their coffee. it is bold and robust. have acoffeethere, to go or better still, grab some freshly roasted beans to take home. the "hairy chest" is gracing our home espresso machine and has provided some much needed punch on many a blurry eyed morning.

this place is very small and probably only seats up to 15 people inside their little shop but i guess they don't need much space because they don't serve food. just coffee. i ordered their icedcoffeeand it came in a cute double walled cup. it was nice, refreshing and sweet, not bitter at all. they also have a take away station next door but it wasn't opened when i went. they do sell thecoffeebeans that they use to make their owncoffeeand my friend decided to try their "hairy chest"coffeebeans- staff were happy to help and recommend which was great! they have quite a variety of beans and a nice set up and description of each kind. i'm not much of acoffeedrinker but i enjoyed this place a lot.
