literally travelled across sydney to try this coffee after hearing it was the best coffee in sydney. they supply beans to many cafes across sydney. from the outside, it was an old factory building. interior was basic, not a place that i will hang around for a long period of time. service was fast but not very personalised because it was so busy.
i ordered the latte and it was the most memorable one of all coffees. the acidity cuts through the richness of the milk and brings out the aroma of the coffee. it had a distinct caramel flavour and little bitterness. would definitely recommend trying.
