literally travelled across sydney to try this coffee after hearing it was the best coffee in sydney. they supply beans to many cafes across sydney. from the outside, it was an old factory building. interior was basic, not a place that i will hang around for a long period of time. service was fast but not very personalised because it was so busy.

i ordered the latte and it was the most memorable one of all coffees. the acidity cuts through the richness of the milk and brings out the aroma of the coffee. it had a distinct caramel flavour and little bitterness. would definitely recommend trying.

the irony is this place has pews as seating inside. alleluia to their coffee. it truly is spiritual.

in short: coffee alchemy is not just another cafe. their artisanal approach to coffee will reveal itself when you take that first sip. outstanding coffee in a retro space that is a real throwback to the ’80s. i loved the light that streams through the space of an afternoon. my tip is to try a pour-over coffee, specifically an ethiopian single origin, if available. the cafe only serves coffee and there’s no food available.

my vote for the best, most consistent coffee you will taste in sydney. with lots of different options to choose from, you must try a cold brew with milk.

introduced to this roaster/cafe by a friend. so glad to have tried the coffee here. service is very good and easy to make a choice of size of the hot coffee as only one size of regular for takeaway or drink in. the cold drinks were also one size too.

lots of people ordering coffees to have in as it was a cold day. there is a small seating area inside so turnover of tables is quite quick with most scoffing their coffees and going. quite a few takeaways as well as people having bags of beans to enjoy at home. had a mocha and tasted very nice. pretty coffee art on top.

nothing but a coffee bar - no food that i could see - and they did an interesting coffee with rough tasty beans but very milky, would have been amazing if it wasn't so weak and a bit expensive.

you guys need to train your new people better. i understand that it's a holiday period and casual staff but giving a customer caffeinated coffee when they specifically ordered a decaf is unacceptable. we ordered decaf for a reason, otherwise it makes people have a headache, nauseous and feel sick.

popular  cafe. we were there of the high recommendation from social medial and friends around. it wasn't close to my place at all and it was worth the time to try out their coffee

just dropped off for a takeaway in a holiday monday morning, on our way to get my husband an asthma relief spray (as the local chemist opens at 8am). the best decaf i have ever had (so safe for breastfeeding my girl later lol) and order steve a fw as usual. love their display of all the beans roasted and purchased a high-altitude columbian variety for home espresso.

love the roaster who has provided good advice for our bean selection. however there is a surcharge for orders under $10...

coffee alchemy is located is an industrial neighbourhood and you could hear the noise from the construction work nearby. the cold drip i had was not really great either. disappointing.

when you specalise in something the only option is to excel. this is exactly what this place does. fantastic coffee made perfectly with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

a bit hard to find parkin, but that's the only negative i can find. there are plenty of coffee varieties to choose from and the coffee tastes great, good texture of the milk and the coffee nice and smooth
