i received coffee with bad condition, this is the lasttimeto order

horrible service today at cinnabon ajman city centre branch. i gave my order and waited, my order was ready kept on the counter but the staff kept entertaining other people while i kept waiting and saying that i came first. instead of letting me pay first since i came before others and my order is ready on the counter, i dont understand why the staff was so rude to not let me pay first and excuse other customers. the staff was supposed to manage who pays first and who came first. this is really upsetting. i left my order since it made me so mad. i came to eat and pay. staff is not doing charity for this kind of behaviour. customer rights andtimeshould be valued!

the cinnabon, were not fresh at all !!! and this is not the firsttimethis has happened to us !!! you need to stand up to your name.. and the nexttimewhen we order hope we get fresh baked cinnabon!!!
dint expect this kind of service from a brand like u !!
really really upset 😠 and disappointed 😞

i've always ordered classic cinnabon and i loved it. but thistimethe frosting was not proper and the bun was sour and frosting very less than usual. today's experience has totally killed my excitement and love for cinnamon bun. i'm really disappointed today. the bun was so sour that i couldn't even finish the total bun had to throw it away. it seemed like it was yesterday's leftover but not fresh at all!.

the order arrived ontimeand was delicious as always. good for a great treat once in a while

was a goodtimewith pepronni pretzel,strawberry chillata,chedar cheese dip.sparkling clean when the the store was loaded with crowd.
the speed of service of the team is really approciate.

had the opportunity to try the chocobon with vanilla and chocolate mix scoop on top from cinnabon from the mega mall branch, sharjah. usually i end up walking past it but having seen the chance for sugar overload i did not think twice. the staff was sweet and their service was quite nice. after taking the order, immediately they told me that the mixed scoop machine is not working and would take another 15 mins to get it done. they asked me if i would like to wait or go for one flavour scoop. i told them i was ready to wait and trust me, it was absolutely worth it. the picture i uploaded says it all. the ice cream was dripping from the chocobon and it was absolutely the best sugar rush i’ve had! the only downside was, as the space was open there were a lot of flies which ruined the mood as i had keep swatting those away every two seconds. the chocobon was quite filling and it took alot oftimefor me to finish the whole thing. overall, i would rate it at ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. cant wait to go back and try other varieties!

i am always a bigtimefan of cinnabon. 
kindly put more cinnamon for flavor & aroma & less sugar plz. 
also add more variety of cold beverages/shakes in your menu.

this shop is one of the reasons that make me happy eachtimei visit them. i love those tiny bites. everytimei pass close to their shop i have to stop by because of that tempting unique smell of their cinnabon roles. i can’t resist it at all. it is one of great places where you can have the best coffee & their unique cinnabon without any regret.

this was once situated at 2nd floor but now move to ground floor and have its own sitting area available i just tried cinnabon firsttimein my life and they were really sweet and the way they serve coffee is only served in foreign countries also.

it's very firsttimein bhubaneswar, an international food brand has launched..and we are happy about it
i always wonder to visit here,but due to shortage oftimei couldn't able to go...but last week i made it happen.
and as i wasnt that hungry at that point oftimebut to know if the food out here is worth the money or not
i ordered a- chicken cheese sausage hand toast roll..n yes i loved it..and definitely i will visit again and again to experience more taste.
this is the only place where you can get pretzels, cinnamon rolls and many more..
but yes ofcourse i found it to be little expensive ..

the tiny outlet of this american chain of baked goods is a crisp place to sip a cuppa. if you are not a sweet enthusiast, the minibon and the hazelnut frappe may be too sweet for you. the strawberry flavoured lemonade was okay-ish. this is a self-service place. their preparation time was quite less though.

i've been a fan of their coffees and cupcakes but tried the cinnabon for the firsttimea few months ago. definitely yum but too sweet for my taste. will try other flavors and tastes soon.

cinnabon bhubaneswar has disappointed me not only once everytimei have visited.
being a huge fan of your cinnabon rolls and when you get to know it has opened in your hometown what else you need in this life but coming to cinnabon bhubaneswar it’s heart breaking.
i have visited both the outlets in delhi where you don’t have to go find the cinnabon store you just need to follow the cinnamon aroma but here in bhubaneswar you won’t even get the aroma after the cinnabon roll on your table. have suggested the manager twice about it but still there’s no improvement.

a new mall and a brand new place to eat (when the city desperately needed).
we ordered cinnabon and chocolate brownie.cinnabon was one of its kinds.a must try.chocolate brownie is good,but little dry to eat.
overall an awesome place and i am planning to go again and again and thistimemy focus will be on the pretzels 😀
