we had specially asked for contactless-leave at door delivery.the delivery guy rang the doorbell.we are not happy with this.

i ordered previously and it was fresh, pull apart type of rolls . so for this reason i reordered and the rolls came hard!

bad service with bad management behaviour. not good at all. really disappointed with the service. i must avoid this place from now. not at all acceptable.

love the warm cinnabon which is perfect for a sweet craving and very satisfying. got the chocobon today which was perfectly sweet and yummy. polite staff and quick service.

i'm not a coffee person and this place has a variety of just that yet this place, since today, has become my favourite bakeries in town!

i ordered- mini chocobon.
taste- 9.5/10 (i'm pretty sure it is one of the perfectly bakef things i have had.)
ambience- 8/10
cost- 8/10
value for money- 8.5/10

not good service at all, saddest part is the manger mr praful as he needs to learn courtesy. making money is their agenda as the manager says "you are not our customer unless you give us money for food? not something you'd expect from a reputable brand. not stepping foot again unless this is sorted out. used to be a regular here. ccd is right around the corner.

when you want comfort food and don't want to count calories....cinnabon is an old favourite.warm,soft,sweet and totally yummy.i just wish the cinnabons came at a more reasonable rate though.

i was polite and friendly, but it seems their manager is very rude and impolite. unfortunately, it’s not a place that attracts good vibes even though the brand is good.

although the place is good to hangout & certainly i come with friends too often, it's quite irritating how the manager mr praful isn't good enough to manage things as well as much rude in behaviour & really frustrating how a regular don't get at least a normal quality service & yes, of course it needs change if cinnamon wants customer.
