dry with barely any pecans. no dip or caramel with it. i'm a regularcinnaboncustomer and this is a disappointment.

i ordered desserts received overtly salty desserts. will never order fromcinnabonagain.

i thought the drinks in the glass but when they delivered they put in the bottle the driver when the driver delivered my order i think he did not handle properly and the moccha chillanta half in the bottle it's not full it was more froat rather than moccha chillanta i likecinnabonbut there drinks not good 😐

this had to be my favorite dessert of all.. whenever i pass by the smell ofcinnabondrags me to definitely have it. i am personally a lover of dessert. i ordered chocolatecinnabonwhich is absolutely delicious i always order this... haven't tried anything else.. it's a bit sweet and very fulfilling.

horrible service today atcinnabonajman city centre branch. i gave my order and waited, my order was ready kept on the counter but the staff kept entertaining other people while i kept waiting and saying that i came first. instead of letting me pay first since i came before others and my order is ready on the counter, i dont understand why the staff was so rude to not let me pay first and excuse other customers. the staff was supposed to manage who pays first and who came first. this is really upsetting. i left my order since it made me so mad. i came to eat and pay. staff is not doing charity for this kind of behaviour. customer rights and time should be valued!

i've always ordered classiccinnabonand i loved it. but this time the frosting was not proper and the bun was sour and frosting very less than usual. today's experience has totally killed my excitement and love for cinnamon bun. i'm really disappointed today. the bun was so sour that i couldn't even finish the total bun had to throw it away. it seemed like it was yesterday's leftover but not fresh at all!.

plus received in bad condition because of delivery guy, all chocolate sauce was out of the box

as u can see in the picture they do not put enough nuts as they are suppose to put. i was their regular customer but not anymore . (but in sahara everything is perfect staff is goodcinnabonare perfect)

have been a great fan of their chocobon and pecan bun. very soft, juicy, tastycinnabonrolls just melts in your mouth.

if you did not trycinnabonyou missed alot
thinking about something sweet and coffee they are you destination.
you have to try thier coffee i can't say it is the best but it is.

had the opportunity to try the chocobon with vanilla and chocolate mix scoop on top fromcinnabonfrom the mega mall branch, sharjah. usually i end up walking past it but having seen the chance for sugar overload i did not think twice. the staff was sweet and their service was quite nice. after taking the order, immediately they told me that the mixed scoop machine is not working and would take another 15 mins to get it done. they asked me if i would like to wait or go for one flavour scoop. i told them i was ready to wait and trust me, it was absolutely worth it. the picture i uploaded says it all. the ice cream was dripping from the chocobon and it was absolutely the best sugar rush i’ve had! the only downside was, as the space was open there were a lot of flies which ruined the mood as i had keep swatting those away every two seconds. the chocobon was quite filling and it took alot of time for me to finish the whole thing. overall, i would rate it at ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. cant wait to go back and try other varieties!

the enchanting and attractive smell ofcinnabonmade our way to the kiosk. awesome taste even though the price is too high, we pecanbon, it was  rich, hot and tasty.
