bad service with bad management behaviour. not good at all. really disappointed with the service. i must avoid thisplacefrom now. not at all acceptable.

place: cinnabon, esplanade one, bhubaneswar.

i'm not a coffee person and thisplacehas a variety of just that yet this place, since today, has become my favourite bakeries in town!

i ordered- mini chocobon.
taste- 9.5/10 (i'm pretty sure it is one of the perfectly bakef things i have had.)
ambience- 8/10
cost- 8/10
value for money- 8.5/10

i was polite and friendly, but it seems their manager is very rude and impolite. unfortunately, it’s not aplacethat attracts good vibes even though the brand is good.

although theplaceis good to hangout & certainly i come with friends too often, it's quite irritating how the manager mr praful isn't good enough to manage things as well as much rude in behaviour & really frustrating how a regular don't get at least a normal quality service & yes, of course it needs change if cinnamon wants customer.

walking into the ajman mall, one can easily spot this place, if not by the board atleast by aroma. walking up to thisplacefor an after food dessert, i was almost full but still couldn't walk past this famous place. ordered for a small cinnabon. the bun was very soft and with the caramel-chocolate syrup and flavour of powdered sugar and a hint of cinnamon it just makes it a perfect melt in mouth dessert. only wonder why they stopped selling their yummy red velvet cup cakes. and the cutleries that come with the take away are very blunt :( nvm, so 'cinnabon' off my checklist. price - expensive, yes. as far as the bun is concerned i'm still flattered by papparoti..so this does fall short compared to that although no doubt super soft !

cinnabon isn’t a restaurant its a feeling! the gooey deliciousness and the warm baked good smell has been a favourite since childhood. tried their new item and it was sooo delicious 🤩❤️❤️❤️❤️ bestplacefor dessert lovers like me.

this has been my favouriteplacefor cinnamon rolls and it's one of the best in the whole country.
various branches located in different malls.
always remember to warm the rolls up as they taste best that way, if the staff forgets to do so!

well it was tasty but i guess too sugary. but still i kinda liked it as a guilty pleasure. would love it more if they had a balanced taste for it. the service is fast but there were flies in theplacebecause its in an open area in mega mall, otherwise i think its a nice place.
