this was one of the most difficult customer services experienced i have had in a long time. really poor product knowledge of staff reflected in the unprofessional answers i got to very simple questions. i was asking about the ghirardelli chocolate used in their drinks. i wanted to see the packet to check for dangerous high fructose corn syrup which is notorious in thefoodsweetening world and have a high gmo probability. i was repeatedly told by the first man who spoke to me that there is so such chocolate brand in the store. he seemed like he did not understand me and i kept trying hard to explain but was not convinced this was correct to have a menu labelled wrong. then a lady took over and had the same confusing attitude and repeated information about chocolate powder that was not the brand i was talking about. finally, a man that seemed to be the manager answered my question by saying they do use ghirardelli syrup and allowed me to see the ingredients- which after all my 10 minutes of effort ended up having the hfc syrups that your liver can’t process naturally. won’t bother to go back for a drink there.

well, it's great to have a mini americanfoodplace in bhubaneswar. the set up & decor is small and decent. according to me, the pretzels are overrated, they taste okay. the price range is on the higher side as compared to the amount you get. anyways, a good recommendation for people who like to try newfooditems.

it is in rasulgarh not in saheed nagar as mentioned above. and yaa it is not actually a cafe or a restaurant, it's a outlet of cinnabon & auntie anne's.... this place serves goodfoodbut the most important thing.... don't waste your money by ordering a coffer here it's just overpriced. seriously. and last but not the list... it's actually little bit overpriced when compaird to other cafés.
but yes one good thing for sure here you can have tasty minibuns and cakes too. i oddered 2 coffee and a minibun. with chocolate topping it costs 430₹ which is expensive for this thing.

i had been to afoodtasting event. and after it got over, my friends and i needed something refreshing to have. we had heard about cinnabon. so straightaway we headed there. the aroma of the pretzels was so good. i could have sat there for like hours. however the pretzels were just ok. nothing fancy as heard before. the classic and the cinnamon nuggets were good though.
the pricing is a bit on the heavier side given the amount they serve.

visited this place for a quick refreshment after a tiresomefoodtasting event. i was amazed to see the set-up and decor, small and subtle.

tried quite a lot of stuff. they are quite popular for their freshly baked pretzels. tried their sesame pretzel, pepperoni pretzel, jalapeno pretzel, blended iced coffee, cappuccino, cheese pretzel dog, pretzel cinnamon nuggets, pretzel stix and espresso. my favourite has to be the pretzel cinnamon nuggets. all the other pretzels would go really well with the cheese and salsa dips. they also have some good combos to offer, btw!

pricing is a bit on the higher side. you need to confirm what you are ordering for how much. like espressos and capuccinos are really not worth spending money on. pretzels being their speciality, are on the safe side.

i wasn't getting my hopes too high, and it did look a little cheap and cheerful, but i'll stop with any further hints of a bad review there - thefoodwas terrific. like one of the best meals i have ever eaten.

i would definitely return and request her as a server without thinking twice, she far exceeds a five star review , thefoodwas excellent but she was clearly the best server we have experienced in quite some time, and we eat out quite often . a definite asset and quite the breath of fresh air !
