it wasn’t fresh at all, our expectations were high, no one ate. usually it would be hot and tasty and fresh too but it seems like our order is really old!

i've always ordered classic cinnabon and i loved it. but this time the frosting was not proper and the bun was sour and frosting very less than usual. today's experience has totally killed my excitement and love for cinnamon bun. i'm really disappointed today. the bun was so sour that i couldn't even finish the total bun had to throw it away. it seemed like it was yesterday's leftover but not fresh at all!.

we had a buy one and get one free offer. we just chanced across this store at esplanade and ordered a certain item and coffee for takeaway. to our surprise, when we opened the packet at home, there was only one of the certain item.
we dint know if it was done deliberately but yes certainly poor customer service.

i usually like cinnabon but last order i was very disappointed the dough was not well cooked i just through half of it and its hurt my son stomach

plus received in bad condition because of delivery guy, all chocolate sauce was out of the box

their cinnamon rolls are the best oh my god mouth-watering 🤤 must try i must say it's worth the money and a coffee with it never disappoints ❤️

i absolutely love their cinnamon rolls and the packaging of the food. they have a nice place for seating and and you’ll actually love the experience.

they have good packages to give someone , but definitely not worth all the hype. it's too sweet gives you sugarush .but definitely an amazing option for sweet tooth .

as u can see in the picture they do not put enough nuts as they are suppose to put. i was their regular customer but not anymore . (but in sahara everything is perfect staff is good cinnabon are perfect)

have been a great fan of their chocobon and pecan bun. very soft, juicy, tasty cinnabon rolls just melts in your mouth.

the minibons i ordered today were extremely stale and had such a pungent taste that i couldn’t even eat a single bite. i know times are tough and the business isn’t flourishing but that gives you no right to push the stale food for your revenue.

if you did not try cinnabon you missed alot
thinking about something sweet and coffee they are you destination.
you have to try thier coffee i can't say it is the best but it is.

cinnabon is a nice spot inside esplande one to stop grab a cinnamon roll and sip of coffee and chatter with friends.
mochalatta chill is one of my favorite guilt free sips w/ a cinnamon bun or roll.

4/5 to that

but they do need to change some menu coz either they are not up to mark or i don't think they were fresh. so apart from this as i said a good stop for some coffee chats, dates etc...
