i thought the drinks in the glass but when they delivered they put in the bottle the driver when the driver delivered my order i think he did not handle properly and the moccha chillanta half in the bottle it's not full it was more froat rather than moccha chillanta i like cinnabon but there drinks not good 😐

the minibon rolls and the brownie, everything was cold, the food completely lost its texture! these food are meant to be picked up hot! pathetic!

cinnamon rolls are good and decent size but paneer tikka wrap is a joke.. and too costly. very small paneer tikka for price of 150

this had to be my favorite dessert of all.. whenever i pass by the smell of cinnabon drags me to definitely have it. i am personally a lover of dessert. i ordered chocolate cinnabon which is absolutely delicious i always order this... haven't tried anything else.. it's a bit sweet and very fulfilling.

it was not hot. no cutlery. delivery executive was very good. but restaurant must enquire customer if they want it hot it not

horrible and unprofessional service very unorganized. i waited in a queue for 10 min after asking one of the employees where the queue is and there was a clear sign on the floor on where to wait a group of people formed a different queue without respecting any social distancing regulations. never seen that level of unprofessional employees.

i think i got stale fungal muffins this time. they smell sour and have white patches 🤢 didn’t expect this from cinnabon

classic cinnamon rolls and pecan cinnamon rolls with hot cappuccino is all what i want. these are a must try when you are at the cafe.

horrible service today at cinnabon ajman city centre branch. i gave my order and waited, my order was ready kept on the counter but the staff kept entertaining other people while i kept waiting and saying that i came first. instead of letting me pay first since i came before others and my order is ready on the counter, i dont understand why the staff was so rude to not let me pay first and excuse other customers. the staff was supposed to manage who pays first and who came first. this is really upsetting. i left my order since it made me so mad. i came to eat and pay. staff is not doing charity for this kind of behaviour. customer rights and time should be valued!

great ambience, perfect pretzels and a wide range of tastiest desserts. one of my favorite was caramel peccabon with nuts. never say no to pretzels though..

the cinnabon, were not fresh at all !!! and this is not the first time this has happened to us !!! you need to stand up to your name.. and the next time when we order hope we get fresh baked cinnabon!!!
dint expect this kind of service from a brand like u !!
really really upset 😠 and disappointed 😞
