absolutely amazing!
went here for the express lunch $44 2 course
it was great value and great options.
i had the white bait omelette for entree and hapuka for the main i thoroughly enjoyed both dishes which were recommended by the waiter.
my friend got the goat curry and the lamb i tried both and both were also amazing.
we had to try the brownie for dessert that won metro dish of the year and it lived up to expectations.
the hapuka main would have to be the stand out dish for me.
i would have to say some of the bestfoodi have ever had. thank you cibo! i will be back soon:)

came here for my graduation lunch and couldn’t have been looked after any better!!! we had a beautiful table, the service was impeccable and the staff were so accommodating and really went the extra mile to make my day special! we did the 3 course express menu and thefoodwas just top notch especially the whitebait omelette, the hapuka and the eton mess for dessert! they even wrote congratulations on my dessert plate which was nice! definitely will be back and couldn’t recommend more highly to anyone!

outstanding and probably one of the best meals we have had anywhere. oyster where 10/10 - white bait fritters, scollops 11/10. kumura and salad amazing as sides and finished off with caramel pavlova which i should not have had but was so good
overall service was excellent,foodmagnificent and given we have great restaurants in melbourne i would rate cibu in top 3 i have eaten at for the last 5 years. great establish with outstanding food

this is a must try in the deeper parts of parnell! tucked away, this place offers great food, great service, and an overall great experience.

we recently ventured here and were blown away with the overall quality here. the inside is unique and comfortable. it also boasts a large outdoor seating area which is well suited to bigger groups, and the sound proofing is excellent as guests on the inside of the restaurant won't hear a thing of what is happening outside.

the service is excellent, all of the staff are super friendly and there is a certain flair to the way they all operate. they all know the menus really well and are able to assist with most questions you may have. thefoodcomes out really fast, which is also a plus! overall the service here is pretty much faultless.

cibo has a fantastic menu that caters for most. all of the dishes sound delicious and the most difficult decision you will make is having to only settle on one thing. i got the whitebait and lamb with scallops. these were all beautifully cooked and were simply delicious. my partner got the co2 battered fish which was declared as some the best they had had. the real feature here however, is the extensive pavlova list jumping out from the dessert menu. there is a plethora of pavlovas to try and they aren't small! if you come you definitely have to try one (maybe two). the prices are also very reasonable considering the portion sizes.

overall this is a must try in parnell, it can't be recommended enough. definitely get there soon.

we decided on impulse to drop by cibo for lunch today - rewarding ourselves for making a final decision on the car we definitely have to upgrade!   it was a good idea because lunch at cibo is always special.   on this occasion it was such an improvement on our sunday lunch experience down the road at ostro.   today thefoodwas great (though there was just a tinsy bit too much of it), the service was friendly whilst not being too intrusive (nobody asked me what my plans for the rest of the day were for example - ???)  and my only complaint was that i really did not have room to give the desserts any consideration whatsoever!

my friend’s wedding was held here. it had a good ambiance. great tastingfoodand awesome choices of wines and bubbles. the desserts were to die for..

cibo has become a family favourite because thefoodis great and the service is even better. the staff make you feel like an old friend coming over for dinner but aren’t overly intrusive. can vouch for everything on their menu (except the venison tartare because that shit is nasty fullstop). everything the chefs touch is magic. the dining experience here is worth every cent (and it ends up being a lot of cents so make it worth it and gram the whole thing so everyone knows you’re cultured because you eat crab at cibo)

went there for corporate lunch. haven't been for many years. staff very friendly.foodwas tasty. had a crab starter and the steak with softshell crab. recommend.

definitely better to go earlier rather than later. the staff were very friendly and also attentive.thefoodwas great. i had the rib eye fillet which was cooked well but unfortunately the steak knife that i was given was below average. the frypan brownie was to die for with the crispy outside with the soft gooey inside -a great ending to the meal. would definitely come back

my husband and i had dinner at this romantic restaurant. i’m glad he chose this place coz it was perfect for the occasion. the staff immediately greeted and welcomed us when we arrived. the table that was given to us was peaceful and sort of we have our own area. i must say that the service was excellent! and not to mention, thefoodwas absolutely delightful. i enjoyed every bite. we had the duck parfait for appetiser and the special menu for that night, which was whitebait dish. for mains, we had rib-eye and duck pastilla. the combination of the ingredients was all perfect. we devoured thefoodin seconds. the turkish pavlova was so yummy as well. overall we had a wonderful evening at cibo. excellent sevice and delicious food!

cibo is beautiful. went there for a birthday dinner which all the staff knew about and wished me happy birthday. thefoodis delicious, generous serves and beautifully presented. the staff are warm, friendly and very professional. a great experience

brad and the team at cibo have the experience and calibre to deliver a truly world-class dining experience. there are so many elements that need to be gotten right - thefoodobviously, the drinks, the ambience, the service - but there's also an x-factor that only the real pros can bring and cibo has it in spades.

when these guys are on form, it is absolutely the kind of high quality experience that will have you reminiscing about it for a long time to come. thefoodis exquisite, the drinks (both the wine list and cocktails) are exceptional, the setting is warm and uplifting and it's all wrapped up with the most attentive and personal service you could hope for.

terrificfood- terrific service - a bit pricey, however.  nevertheless, worth going back!   i see my review is too short......oh well i expect i will go back again soon as it is a mere three minutes' walk away.  last winter they did lunch specials - two courses at a very good price (forgotten exactly how much), which we tried several times.

ample parking spaces, service was exceptional. great vibe,foodwas immaculately presented and tasted amazing as well. the surprise lies with the huge dessert! would recommend for a good night out.
