not too impressed. my girlfriend came in to eat .the waiter didn't greet us until we asked if we could sit down.i ordered beefstew.my girlfriend ordered rice with chicken. the stew tasted like soap was in it. my girlfriend said the chicken was dry and alittle burnt. prices were good but we wont go back.i think there are better places to eat in town.

absolutely amazing! flavors so fresh and unusual. great prices, fabulous service. the ceviche is to die for. and do not miss the poupurri dessert! 10/10 for sure.

wonderful food and excellent service. you can't go wrong on this menu. and even better, it's authentic. go with the recommended dishes and make sure you get plenty of the green spicy sauce and a side of fried plantains.

one of the best restaurants i ever tryed they have exotic tasty dishes with beef, chicken and seafood, my girlfriend always eats lomo saltado its the most popular dish in peru, im vegetarian and the have also veggie options as green tamal filled with chese, papa a la huancaina is delicious andean pepper sauce, veggie saltado with brocoli they also have gluten free options, the place is very warm and confortable and the atention is great my glass was allways full

gluten free options. had the arroz de pollo and it was beautifully juicy and came with a fresh cilantro and jalepeño dressing. vegetables came soaked in a nice marinade, very interesting.

try that authentic peruvian drink, pretty good.

chef paz offers amazing food with authentic flavors. the ceviche mixta is fresh and bright, and also a treat to your palette. the main dishes we enjoyed, arroz con pollo and beef stew, we're both well seasoned, tender, and had delectable sides. although service was initially a bit on the slow side, patience prevailed and made the visit worthwhile. as such, so long as one goes in knowing it may take a bit longer to get drinks, etc. (the food came out appropriately and without issue), you will leave satisfied. also, the moose potpourri dessert is amazing!

wonderful. the food was outstanding. all these flavors hit your pallet and burst in your mouth. very friendly place. comfortable and just such a refreshing atmosphere.

this is great. super friendly and helpful waiter. do not miss the ceviche or the tamal. everyone was pleased with their entree as well.

will go again. ceviche was excellent very clean and fresh..wife had the shrimp aka soup light full of flavor very balanced.had the fried fish..shrimp..calamari.with pico also excellent.also the fried yuca infused with cilantro served with a lime mayo,cilantro and jaelpeno...very good.sad thing is this place won't be a secret for long so go when you can and enjoy!!!!!

fantastic!. i really enjoyed my meal. i ordered ceviche and a stew. both were great. i'm looking forward to going back next time i'm in milwaukee.

chef paz is a gastronomical treasure. go for the peruvian food and enjoy the tast you cannot find on 5th and national. this little spot on the corner of 90th and national offers all the tast of peru with much better beef. chef maritza paz is from iquitos, peru and she is a real peach. the appetizers, entres and desserts are authentic with flavor that pops. you will love the food. we will go back.

delicioso!!!. absolutely delicious. i have visited cafe paz a number of times. great prices and great food. the presentation is a work of art. i will return as often as possible. try a chicha morada. chef maritza paz is the greatest!! . her son is a chef in iquitos, peru and i hope to visit him in march.

tell everyone you know. ate here yesterday for lunch on a whim and i was not disappointed. chef paz is nothing short of a magician in the kitchen. i wanted to go back for dinner! the food was phenomenal

i plan on recommending this restaurant to all my friends and family.
