chef paz offers amazing food with authentic flavors. the ceviche mixta is fresh and bright, and also a treat to your palette. the main dishes we enjoyed, arroz con pollo and beef stew, we're both well seasoned, tender, and had delectable sides. although service was initially a bit on the slow side, patience prevailed and made the visit worthwhile. as such, so long as one goes in knowing it may take a bit longer to get drinks, etc. (the food came out appropriately and without issue), you will leave satisfied. also, the moose potpourri dessert is amazing!
