i review 3.5 for a reason.

i love the atmosphere. it so relaxed we mainly want here to spend time together and for the experience rather than the food. do not go in here expecting a fancy dinner. it'sbarfood with a coffee shop feel. we both had bacon burgers. it was good. fries were crispy and tasty. burgers were good although the meat patty could use some major spices. too big i couldn't finish it. but thank you toasting the bun. i hate cold soggy buns.

do not get the fried cheese. it's gross doesn't taste like cheese.

i would love for it to have some cool coffee options. was disappointed to get little sugar and non fresh creamer in a little packet. i think you could really draw some extra business here.

the server was very good and quick and she was such a sweetheart.
i will return for hangout night. great place to chill with friends for a few hours.

i think you could do a lot better with the food. very affordable though two burger meals and one soda no alcohol was 21 bucks plus tip not bad.

we did not drink.

the burger was way over cooked. the meat was so dry it crumbled. the service was poor. we had the best out of the three who were working. the other two sat at thebarand yapped loudly, with their backs to the restaurant, paying no attention to their tables. i've been here many times. i love this joint. i hope tonight was just a bad night.

love the comfy couches and dark library in abarfeel! has a nice vibe! food is good too!

good and cheap. my boyfriend and i went there recently for a quick date. it was before thebarand nightlife was going so it was pretty quiet. the only complaint i really had was that it was darker than what i would have liked.....but it is abarafter all. the food was good and affordable. nothing fancy, straight to the point. : )

love it.. i think this place is kind of romantic. it was snowing outside when my friend boy and i came in....we ordered some pie and beer and cuddled on a couch next to the fire place while looking at some books in the dimly lit bar. freakin' a+ for the atmosphere.
the food is just okaybarfood. not the best beer selection. usually, this is a deal breaker for me but the atmosphere is what keeps me coming back.

cozy atmosphere, comfort food. i personally love the dark & cozy dining area, it was a bit hard to read the menu in that type of lighting but once the food arrived it was goodbarfood. delicious hot wings and frosty beer.

imagine a 1500 sqft living room with carpet, sofas, jukebox, bookcases, fireplace everything just like a real living room. now addbarfood and basic drinks and you have charlie browns! very average simple food and drinks but it's the cool decor that you come for. real big with the college crowd. lunch is best, later at night it can get kinda teenie bopper.

great hang-out - okaybarfood. i don't really go to charlie brown's for the food... it's just a great place to hang out and have a drink. and for a drink is what i recommend that you go for.

if you're feeling munchy then i suggest the beer cheese appetizer. it hits the spot with whatever libation you may choose.
