i went here earlier today and the food is excellent ans the servers are friendly. when you go in ask for catie if you want the best service. she's super sweet and knows what she's doing.

possibly the best fried chicken i've ever had. the wing especially was delicious! baked beans and coleslaw were also fantastic. my husband had the mashed potatoes and gravy and loved those as well. will absolutely be back next time we're in chattanooga.

champy's is good. the chicken is moist and tender with a very light and crispy crust. it's not greasy and i used the sweet n hot sauce on the table from a squeeze bottle. the sauce is not hot, but tastes very good, a perfect compliment to this expertly cooked chicken. i separated white meat off the bone and dipped in the sauce as well as soaking a piece with the skin on. my three-piece white meal was gone too soon! we opened sharing an order of the hot tamales. they are too good as well! this will be my go to place when doing any evening events in chattanooga. plus i got a 40 oz coozie that will need to be used often.

yum yum yum!. excellent fried chicken. one of the best i've ever had. i'm still craving it! highly recommended! i will come back to chattanooga just for this chicken!

the chicken was super moist. the batter they use is so flavorful. i loved the atmosphere of the place also.

fried chicken heaven. if you're in chattanooga you should try champy's. you'll have to wait for it but it'll be worth it. you'll get a good idea of what southern fried chicken is supposed to be.

champys has become my favorite place to get fried chicken in chattanooga. i usually recommend getting there between 11am to 11:30am to get a seat as they stay busy. you may also want to try their fried green tomatoes.

best fried chicken in town!. i love their chicken! i always get a two piece dark meat and sub the cole slaw for mashed potatoes (small up charge is well worth it). not only do they have fried chicken that is crisp on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside, but their sides are also very good. it can be a tad pricey for a lunch spot, but so worth the food!

the chicken was fantastic! the sweet tea - delicious! i just wish they had other vegetables as side items. (not a big fan of baked beans and slaw). and they could at least toast the slice of white bread they give you!
