must visit place for all chai lover local , national, international chai . vibe of the place is just amazing with verygoodview . all tourist to srinagar must visit and take a walk by the jhelum after of before ur visit

the food isgoodand the ambience is amazing. fell in love with the kulcha served with their traditional noon chai. go here for a small snack. they have a limited menu but whatever served is fresh and good.

so called chai jaai....looting kashmiris in the name of kashmiriyat,,,, well this onlygoodfor tourists and so called elites of kashmir...
too much high prices and just money making and then claiming to promote culture....what a waste place...totally garbage....

all the expectations went down the drain..!
m sure people will be coming here to click pictures only as the food here is not only bad but expensive. so, i recommend this place to all those who want to have agoodpictures and to food lovers dont even try..!!

chai jaai - catchy name and so much hype!
so i finally decided to give them a visit along with my cousins. i have to admit i was very impressed with the interiors and the view and unfortunately that's the only 2goodthings about this place.

the food is notgoodat all. i had huge expectations but all of them went for a toss. i ordered the following:

tea: i can make better tea than what i had at chai jaai for sure. they nee huge improvement here .

namkeen tea: again nothing great, it was quite average.

pakore: you get way better pakore in kashmir on various stalls.

not only was the food bad but expensive as well. overall, it was a disappointing experience. my request to them is to improve their food and they can do really well.
