a cute cafe with a lovely ambience & an awesome view of the jhelum. service was very slow though. tried the noon chai & turkish apple tea with sheermal. must visit place for tea lovers.

another cafe made by rich, for the rich, with meh taste and absolutely disgusting service. ambience and their insane marketing might be the only reason this place isn't shut down yet.

loved this cute little cafe in srinagar. they have a beautiful set of tea pots and cups. unfortunately, they do not have those on sale.

tried noon chai, a local chai preparation here. might be a little adventurous due to the salty taste but worth trying it once. also loved the meetha kulcha.

we visited this place the second time as well. tried kolkata street chai.

highly recommended for tea lovers. even if you aren't, do visit this cozy and cute cafe for its beautiful ambience.

must visit place for all chai lover local , national, international chai . vibe of the place is just amazing with very good view . all tourist to srinagar must visit and take a walk by the jhelum after of before ur visit

the apple tea was okay but the hospitality was extremely horrible. would not recommend for women travellers. they requested us to sit in a secluded place away from the main area without any rhyme or reason (probably cz we were women, there could be no other explanation)

the food is good and the ambience is amazing. fell in love with the kulcha served with their traditional noon chai. go here for a small snack. they have a limited menu but whatever served is fresh and good.

walked to the cute cafe, on a suggestion from a friend we made in srinagar while shopping in dal lake market.
fell in love with the place and their decor. such simplicity yet elegance. this place gave me the idea ror my souvenir.
i have been suggesting this place to everyone who visits srinagar now ❤️
lovely tea and soft velvet cake. food on other tables also looked fab!

what an amazing tea room with an adorable collection of cup, mugs and kettles.

i visited this place on an afternoon when it was raining.
it was a perfect weather to sip noon chai

we had visited kashmir for the first time and had gone for our first anniversary, we are from surat (gujarat). i loved the ambience the staff and view and chai and food everything about this place. i just can’t forget the mosiac cake i don’t know why it’s not even anywhere on the feedback and their pages it’s out of the world dessert. don’t miss it. if possible can the chai jaai share their mosiac cakes picture with my review on their page or somewhere. or share me then i might post it with my review.

i’m a major tea enthusiast, so this place obviously had to steal my heart. i love the food over there and kahwa is my all time favourite. the ambience is lovely and so is the staff. i absolutely love this place. also the harissa in winters is a must try!

so called chai jaai....looting kashmiris in the name of kashmiriyat,,,, well this only good for tourists and so called elites of kashmir...
too much high prices and just money making and then claiming to promote culture....what a waste place...totally garbage....

disappointment in the name of food and pricing. so called elites. for tourists, please don't get befooled by the tag, kashmiriyat they brag about. there are other cafes and tea shops as well.
