visited casa goa during a recent trip to abu dhabi. since we were there during lunch hours, it was empty but nonetheless service was great.
the menu is pretty straight-cut, they have a few manglorean delicacies as well. interiors definitely requires a bit of a touch up - after a lovely chat with the manager, we were informed that he is planning to remove the alcohol adverts which are literally on every wall and instead replace them with some lovely pictures from goa (bonus points for that!). there is also a wall that is designed by "billytoons" a famous cartoonist from goa.
coming to the food; for drinks we ordered fresh lime soda and orange juice both of which were a bit too sour for my liking. for mains; we opted for the sizzler, the meat was cooked in a beautiful masala that hits your taste buds just right, unfortunately the veggies and fries weren't mixed quite well, and lacked seasoning.
we also opted for the chorizo pulao, which was the highlight of our lunch. this dish i loved very much and was quite authentic
