visited this place on mother's day, was a bit disappointed with the interior looked like we entered someone's living room. the place is divided in 3 parts - bar area, orchestra area and family area. did not like the setting at all. sorpotel was just perfect, goan cigar(prawns rolled in papas) was okay, beef sukem with capsicum wasgoodand xap chilly fry(squids and prawns) was delicious. just a suggestion to casa goa management please add some wall decor which will give the feel of goa when you enter like goan restaurants in dubai.

this place has loud music and the food i did not enjoy either.
but they serve amazing sea food alcohol is also served atgoodprice.
weekends they have band playing goan songs

probably the only goan bar n restaurant in abu dhabi.goodatmosphere on weekends especially on thursday!! service very friendly !! food can be quicker as you need to wait a real long time ....even for salads !!! closing time not yet sure as the staff insist that they close at 1:30am on weekdays but zomato says 2.
overall, agoodplace but kitchen can be better !!!!

this is one of the better goan food i have tasted in all the years. the curries are authentic and the portion size isgoodtoo. will order again and again. only thing that the goan bread is actually serve as chapatis. i thought it will be sanna or something else. but still it went well with the cafreal.

to have authentic goan food, we decided on none other than the all so famous @casagoa.auh @casagoaad

what we ate/drank:-
1) starters:
beef cutlet : crispy beef patties/cutlets with the right amount of spice served with fries and ketchup.

2)fresh bombay duck fry : opted for the true rava masala, fresh crispy bombay ducks served with salad on side.perfect starter for the night.one portion has 3 bombay duck fries.

3) mains:
pork vindaloo - authentic goan dish with perfect mix of masala giving in a sweet and sour flavor.the pork was cooked really well.we had it with steamed rice - match made in heaven!

4) chicken vindaloo - it was similar to the pork vindaloo, however we felt the chicken version was much spicy compared to the pork vindaloo.had it with steamed rice as well.was very happy and satisfied with the food.

5) drinks:-
vodka with orange juice for av
grasshopper for us - a sweet mint flavored after dinner drink!

casa goa is one of the known restaurant in abu dhabi serving authentic goan cuisine.the goan dishes are the best.it has a verygoodambience for a chilled out night with friends and family.they do have live music band.most of the time this place is crowded specially on weekends, hence suggest to make a reservation.they have seperate smoking/non smoking areas.a must visit place if you love goan/pork dishes.staffs are friendly and accommodating.
all in all a great place to drink, watch sports, play pool and enjoy goan food!! it's open till 3am as well 🙂❤

food wasgoodbut quantity is little less. thali option should be on zomato too.

too pricey for size of the fish i got served. pomfret is not an expensive fish so i was expecting agoodsized catch. i won’t try again.

such bad service had to wait so much time for the food to arrive, food is also notgood
staff is busy chatting with the regular guests who come there , all fake reviews on zomato for this restaurant this restaurant is worth zero stars

love the staff, music and chill spot to have. maska pav is super yummy but so is their spicy fries and masala papad. you can be sure to have agoodnight out here. also has pool table so it’s a plus always.

the staff is very courteous. generous portions of food!! damngoodpromotions! a must place to visit. pork lovers do try the choris pao, pork roast, sausage pulav, pork ribs. joseph, swindle, nita the only names i remember are super cool and are really kind. the entertainment is shut a big shout out to elvis & sneha for their superb performance and keep us entertained during their performances. a place must to visit!!! goa vibes!!!

the food over here is reallygoodand the atmosphere is really nice and the staff is really humble❤️🌺

we have been to this place on my birthday couple of days back, after seeing the so positive reviews on zomato on the authencity of goan cuisine. to our surprise, it was an absolute waste of time and evening we spent in casa goa, no doubt the ambience and the place are just ok, however the food was an absolute disappointment. firstly, we ordered pepper chicken and peri peri fish as starters and both served had very less salt and were tasting too spicy without any flavor to it. being an indian, we love spicy food but nothing of it we ordered later as well were tasting even 20% close to the goan cuisine. it is indeed surprising to see the food tasting was not been done before serving the food to their guests. we didn't want to spoil rest of our evening by having dinner hence we left the place after having few starters.

we were the only guests present in the restaurant that evening. we also felt the menu too overpriced for the quality of food served and the ambience. i would say hero's bar and restaurant which grades at similar level has a very lively ambience andgoodfood. this place definitely requires an extreme modification in the menu, taste and originality.
