café b-you - hotel radisson blu

guwahati's 1st 5 star hotel was on my card for a review. i am writing this review after my 3rd visit to the braggers domicile. walking into the hotel might give you goosebumps, seeing the elegance and the security elements but soon after it merges up with its the shoddy, tawdry hospitality. this world class chain of hotel doesn't actually live up to its name in terms ofserviceand hospitality (specifically in guwahati). the hospitality quotient was missing and it was there in all my 3 visits. the waiters don't pay you enough attention (you would fell that you no longer exist to them), you have to wait for 10 mins to get your water refilled, staffs don't bother to guide you through the menu are some of the things you might encounter on your visit to the epitome of tawdry hospitality. 

                                   the food actually lacked the right essence to please my taste buds. moreover barbecue nation is triumphant in terms of maintaining the equilibrium of hospitality and food quality. being a 5 star, the food quality and theserviceshould match up to your expectations, which sadly doesn't. you only get the ostentatious ambiance to your plate which sadly doesn't fill you stomach. on my 1st visit i opted for the buffet which costs around rs 878 (for dinner inclusive of tax). yes,  you do get some varieties in salad section, such as salamis, scissor salad etc. the main course also had some innovative inclusions such as baked chicken, fish in oyster sauce, but the wow!! factor was missing. the food is actually not that bad but definitely not the standards of bragging about.

the buffet would cost you rs 878 (inclusive of all tax) mon - sat (dinner or lunch) which was way cheaper than i expected. but only on sundays they will charge you rs 1268 (inclusive of tax) as there would be unlimited mock tail available.

food quality - 6/10

hospitality - 1/10

value for money - 5/10

ambiance - 8/10

bragging and swagging - ****free****

p.s - some hospitality refinements along with food quality management would get this place up to the standards of a 5 star.another visit - perhaps.

large open high ceiling restaurant just off the lobby. very well lit. theserviceis pleasant and courteous. the buffet spread is reasonable. the dessert spread is exceptional! the food preparation is just about ok. none of the dishes stood out.

this place is always my favorite place when i am staying in this hotel. mostly had the dinner or the breakfast. good food and niceserviceand its the best thing what one looks for.

they serve nice buffets and indeed it was amazing . theservicewas great and also theservicewas great loved it. the breakfast ais also wow and i loved it. the buffet dinner was something nice the spread was vast the price was reasonabale and also theservicewas pretty good. had a nice time.

perfect place for a fine dine buffet indeed its the best in town. the best dinner buffet and sunday brunches i had after a long time. theserviceis nice and mr himanshu is always helpful and he is a kind person. had a good time the starters and main course was wow.

stayed there for one night,brand new property all glittery entrance,rooms are nice
went to cafe b it was descent ,
but laid back staff roomserviceis really needs to buckle up.
overall decent place

amazing buffets at dinner. good food and goodservicehad a good time. if you are looking for a family dinner than café b you is the perfect place to hangout. the sunday brunch is also a must try as it’s the best in town.

best buffet in town. the buffet spread is amazing .goodserviceand a perfect destination for a dine out. the brunch on sundays is the best in town . the buffets and brunch are in fact the best in town being reasonable priced and the food spread being decent enough.

amazing place. grand hotel. magnificient decor of the cafe. delicious food. try their cream of chicken and koldil chicken.serviceis fabulous. warmth hospitality of the servers make it so pleasant and comfortable. must visit

radisson has its very own way of everything to be presented. cafe b-you’s buffets are my favourite and most liked to be precise. not speaking much about the ambience and decor because radisson never fails to impress with the ambience.serviceis amazing over there. coming to the food it was disappoint you in any manner. the food is great out there. to have a good meal with your loved ones i would say b you stands top. they have variants when it comes to buffet in reasonable rates which is a plus point.
last but not the least the desserts are mouthwatering and will give you more reasons to be show up again.
overall great dining experience over there.

justified to the word 5star. the decor inside, the beauty outside, the maintainance & the neat & tidy turly give the 5star feel. comiing to food, they have so many items in the buffet & all the items were very tasty. staff was good butservicecan improve a bit though. hospitality is missing.

we selected this place for celebrating parent’s post wedding anniversary on 11/march/2018.
was over whelmed with theservice& hospitality of the team radisson blu guwahati. the entire staff at radisson blu were very friendly, approachable and very cordial. they always greeted them with a smile and checked for their comfort. my special thanks to mr. bikash mazumder (f&b manager). it was completely his show. very welcoming and warm and always eager to assist kind of personality. he arranged different activities to entertain mom & dad. he really made it big. i hope he achieve great heights as he really deserves. moreover such a beautiful property it is. #sunkencourtyard loved the ambience. the brunch spread at cafe b-you was huge with various varieties. it was really a great experience for mom and dad. they loved it. would love to celebrate our future celebrations here.

beeaaaaauuutifulllllll... truly it feels exotic. the food is too good. theserviceand the servers are too good..thank you radisson blu guwahati for treating so well.its always been a amazing experience to visit the restro and taste the tasty inventions of food ...ambience is really good. .spacious too. must visit place.you will never feel bad after having their awesome and delicious food.. spend the time their with someone special!!

it is my immense pleasure to state that, radisson blu holds one of the finest standards of an excellentserviceproviding hotel in guwahati. on an average, even if we crib about food or surrounding, it is the hospitality which we as individuals never forget. i thank each of the staff members and the heads and incharge who took keen interest in making my celebratory moments one of a lifetime. my parents were taken a lot of care in all aspects during the time of their visit to radisson.❤😇👍. this hotel not only have great taste in their choice of menu - elaborate buffet, but also a lovely warm staff and great atmosphere to give u the most amazing relaxation time..above all... ❤😇😚😘.
