radisson blu has a beautiful and majestic entrance. i have been here a couple of times. the starters are quite interesting with a wide range of salads. though main course couldn't fascinate much. its quite like the usual one. the desserts truly were goid enough. overall it was agoodexperience and the staff were good

ambiance 5/5 .. perfect ambience both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements are just perfect.. seats/ seating arrangement everything is great!.
service : 3.5/5 .. well its not the waiters fault, they are very few in no. its the managements fault, still they try do to their best to serve,they are well mannered,humble.
food: 4/5 .. had their breakfst buffet which was the best breakfast i had till now anywhere.. it was just perfect.. so many options are available for both veg. and non veg. it was so full filling.. also tried their dinner buffet which again was great.. with wide variety of counters consisting from chat/phuska to a great salad counter.. they also tasty chinese starters and pakora, main course was alsogoodand so was the dessert though few items werent as tasty.. still quite great and we came out with a happy stomach both times.

food of cafe b u is at all upto the mark.firstly we have booked our table through zomato which showed buffet price 1099+ taxes but they said this is not the price its approx 1700 .
next the quality of the food is notgoodat all.
the staff there will not make you feel in a 5 star resturant.
they said they will serve the bread on table waiting more than 30 min there was no bread served.
they will say you please finish fast we are going to close buffet
third class !!!?

so here's comes the taste of food.. it was not sogoodand the size of it... as i expect...

good food. the taste is quitegoodwith great interiors. the staff is polite and ensures food is customized as per customer needs. however, they can add some local cuisines to their menu to increase variety of food.

this is prefect place if you want to havegoodfood with your family or friends.

food : its surely not a over hyped restaurant.it does live up to the expectation from a restaurant clubbed under a 5 star hotel.
the starters were really very nice that included veg salads,chicken sausages,pork sausages and bacon.the star of the starters was however the chicken tikka.
the main course wasgoodtoo with varieties of options from rice(biryani,corn rice or simply steamed) and there was chicken curry,fish ,paneer ,etc.
the desserts were however very disappointing from the perspective of sheer taste.the quality of food was obviously outstanding but they took too much care about counting the calories.the desserts were hardly sweet and were made in a manner which i feel is way too calorie conscious!people dont often go for buffet so whenever they do (for once) they can afford not being worried about calories.
buffets r supposed to be a hearty cheat meal so i hope they reconsider their decision to make the desserts way to calorie specific!
ambience : as expected the ambience is really very nice and its kind of nice cozy and backed by some artistic flavour.
price : a bit on the higher side considering ₹1,400 per person but is worth a visit if you are crazy enough to shed ₹1400 for a meal!.
verdict : overall a wonderful experience with the best quality of food available served by some really courteous staff.
i would surely recommend this one.

last week i went thr the place was awesome n of course i don’t need to say anything the name of the place itself speak everything the food wasgoodn nicely garnished. in guwahati everyone must visit once .

food was average, staff behaved very badly, it seems like they aren’t great fans of people coming to party here.hope they decrease their arrogance and serve well to people who pay to have somegoodtime

radisson blu : i visited this place yesterday for dinner at around 8pm. it felt nice to be there. i loved the ambience of the place.

talking about the dishes , it didn't match my excpectations. after being to many of the top restaurants in the city, this was my 1st time experience in radisson. but it didn't go up to the mark.

starting with the starters , they had only 2 dishes for non-veg. this is very depressing for any non veg lover. veg items were in plenty but who wishes to pay rs 1414 just to eat vegetables and panner.

moving on to the main course, they provided us with steamed rice, pulao, biryani , roasted chicken, fish curry and a few fish items along with mutton curry it didn't appeal to me much as i am a chicken lover. and they lacked to have special chicken items.

desserts: this was somewhat better than the rest of the items. i liked their desserts. they had a plentygoodvarieties of items displayed there. and yes, the items weregoodenough to compensate for the disgraceful starters and main course. yet, i have seen a plenty more restaurants with awesome desserts .

in a nutshell, i loved the ambience of the place but not the food. the food was not as what i expected considering that fact that it is a part of a well built up 5 star hotel. being a foodie , i was quite disappointed with the non availability of non veg items. and those available didn't at all appeal to my taste.

if i am to consider only food and rate the restaurant, i would give a 2 star rating. but as it has a lovely ambience , i would give it a 3 star rating. but nothing more. as i am a foodie and i like to havegoodfood !

this place is always my favorite place when i am staying in this hotel. mostly had the dinner or the breakfast.goodfood and nice service and its the best thing what one looks for.

perfect place for a fine dine buffet indeed its the best in town. the best dinner buffet and sunday brunches i had after a long time. the service is nice and mr himanshu is always helpful and he is a kind person. had agoodtime the starters and main course was wow.

amidst the not so royale interiors, it's a place where desserts rule over other course. we opted the lunch buffet...but honestly speaking i have tried better buffets than that platter that day in the city.
hospitality is mediocre in a well puffed huge staff.
coming to the food, won't be much of your tongue if you are an indian dish craver.
well people who drops in for pictures, yes you can get a couple ofgoodpictures done.

the food is sogoodout here that it makes me come to this place every time
tried the pizza this time, the crust was very very thin
i would really love to see the cannelloni in the menu next time i visit because it's the best
