first thing first. this is not a 5 star restaurant. or at least doesn't look like one.
nice interior, nothing extravagant.
we had gone for buffet, it was decent compared to its price, again nothing exceptional to die for. not many varieties. only 2 kind of soups start with. few good side dishes though. one thing was a bit disappointing that they didn't have any mocktails or juice along the buffet lunch.
excellent service. they are always ready to help.

the worst possible service and pathetic food. i think the staff is so used to the buffet system that they have no clue of how to serve a la carte. we waited for a long time for our food and when it came, it was cold. the staff is completely disoriented and do not know what needs to be done. despite the fact that the place was overcrowded with stewards, everybody was merely running around here and there without any purpose merely creating a ruckus. there are a lot of better places which serves better food and serve you well. don't waste your time and money here.

i visited this place few days back, during durgapuja. bengali food festival was going on and the food they served was absolutely below average. from the starters only we were totally disappointed. the only thing i liked was the drink virgin mojito. and to add to the dismay, the one thing i liked in the main course chicken kosha had a hair in it. imagine a 5 star hotel serving you with hair in food. when i informed the manager about the hair, he took my plate with him, inspected and later came to me to say that he will cook a fresh dish again if i want. i denied as by then my appetite was gone. now coming to the desserts, all the pastries were hard and tasteless. only the kheer was good. overall i had a very bad experience and will never recommend it to anyone. not even one food item or service was praiseworthy.

this is a lovely place with great collection of buffets .. loved the sunday brunch and it's desserts and main course . it's a delight and this is a must try for brunch and breakfast .. good service and good food ..

went with family for buffet dinner on my birthday. the experience in a word is disappointing. apart from ambience nothing was upto the mark or expectation. there were only four items in starters. quality, taste was just ok. same with main course, dessert. the variety and and type of dishes that you expect in a top restaurant was not there. in the name of local cuisine they served two types of vegetable fry!!
worst part was service. we have to call the boy many times during the starters, for water etc. i asked for butter nan which never arrived, though the roties are made in open kitchen.
if you want to enjoy good food avoid this. if you also want value for your money don't visit this place. for 1200 they don't even serve packaged water. you have to purchase it separately. guwahati have much better places to dine.

one cannot serve such average food in a five star restaurant. the service was pathetic, our server gave us a feeling that he will kill us if we ask him for one more thing. definitely not worth a re- visit

visited 3-4 times in recent past. prominent restaurant inside one of 5 star hotels of guwahati. buffet manu is rich in content. managment can think to add electrified environment. some good music, dimmer light can improve a lot. moroever chefs needs to add better taste in otherwise some dull dishes.

we had buffet. punjabi food festival was going on. they had everything from sarso da saag to aam panna. but they did not have the famous butter chicken. for a price of 1300 (non alcoholic and excluding tax) the items were many but the taste was nothing extraordinary. quality of the food was fine though. desserts were perfect. they should work more on the taste than the items.

if you stay in guwahati and thought you couldn't make yourself a king-size breakfast, think again. the café b-you at radisson blu is the ideal place for you if you want to start a good morning.

the buffet starting from rs. 699 presents you a wide range of food to turn you into a voracious eater. you can contemplate from south indian to chinese delicacies and from north indian to contemporary. the waffles served with vanilla ice cream is a must try if you happen to visit this place. carnivores will relish the savoury bacon and chicken dishes while vegans would love the baked beans and extremely delicious sauté veggies. you won't find anything out of a jar here - fruits and juices are made fresh just like grandma used to make. be sure to make room for dessert because the blueberry cheesecake out of all is the best one.

make sure to ponder upon all corner of the place to soothe yourself after a hefty breakfast.

as a child, 5 star hotels were an imagination and reality was when these big names came up.café b-you shall receive the basic merit points for the undoubtedly classy ambience it offers.with a wide range of menu the buffet offers,it's worth the price you pay.the greatest part is the variation in their menu.every time you go there,you shall find an entirely different set of dishes and desserts.though not a frequent visitor,yet this place has never disappointed me any time.to those foodies out there,you're sure to return with a fulfilling tummy and once you're home,the desserts shall definitely get your minds occupied.😜

another amazing chinese restaurant in town. cozy and comfortable ambiance with great food and service.. i tried their drums of heaven and chicken biryani. it was way better than mast biryani . also their tandoori sheek kebab was awesome.

a nice place to enjoy the buffet if you are really hungry. the amount of food items they give is astonishing. on the downside, the service was not that great. it lacked the five star feel. still a very good place with beautiful decors.

awesome cafeteria, good vibes. standard guest's are always welcomed! great serves & good response of the staff members. healthy environment with variety of snacks.
