downhomecooking. we've been coming to this just outside our neighborhood restaurant since 2001 when we moved here, and when it was named bibby's. if anything, it has improved since becoming c an b's. we go here mainly for breakfast because we get what we want, quickly and for a very reasonable price. the eggs are always done correctly, but we really like thehomefries! the bacon is always cooked crispy, and more importantly is always done, not soggy like some places. the biscuits are bigger than most other restaurant's biscuits, and so flaky! the one thing we really like about eating the great food is the service. everyone who works here are like relatives to the customers. the good one, not the ones you can't stand. this is out favorite breakfast restaurant in hampton roads.
