c and b diner

my husband and i went to the c and b diner forbreakfastthis morning. we had never been before and knew nothing about other than what i found on urbanspoon. i think we stumbled upon a great new spot. while it was a little busy this morning (a saturday), we had no trouble getting a table, which we ended up sharing with another couple who have clearly been regulars for a while. the waitress was very welcoming and clearly knew many of the patrons.
i ordered the french toast special, with scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links and a side of hash browns, while my husband ordered the 'junk bowl'. we were both pleasantly surprised by how good the food tasted, and while we did wait about 20 minutes for it to arrive, it didn't bother us. the ambiance is great, with that down home, comfortable feeling. we will definitely be coming back

down home cooking. we've been coming to this just outside our neighborhood restaurant since 2001 when we moved here, and when it was named bibby's. if anything, it has improved since becoming c an b's. we go here mainly forbreakfastbecause we get what we want, quickly and for a very reasonable price. the eggs are always done correctly, but we really like the home fries! the bacon is always cooked crispy, and more importantly is always done, not soggy like some places. the biscuits are bigger than most other restaurant's biscuits, and so flaky! the one thing we really like about eating the great food is the service. everyone who works here are like relatives to the customers. the good one, not the ones you can't stand. this is out favoritebreakfastrestaurant in hampton roads.

impressed. i was told about this little diner by some of my coworkers. i am new to the deep creek area so i checked it out. holy cow!!!! 2 eggs, grits, toast and fried bologna... $4.50. the food is good, the girls are really attentive and you leave full and happy. now, i did take my grandson for christmasbreakfastwith santa... now i know how that place stays in business. they have a huge following.

this diner offers a high qualitybreakfastand lunch at a very low cost. we were so impressed by the customer service and the good itself! the owner was so incredibly welcoming, friendly and funny, and we felt we were back home! the prices are unbelievably low, and that was very helpful as we were on a budget! the location is family friendly, and the other regular customers speak so highly and are so welcoming! i recommend this establishment to everyone seeking as savory, memorable and authentic norfolk diner experience.

down home cookin. food is fantastic,just like mammas !!! staff couldn't be any friendlier and on top their game. get there early for breakfest or lunch the place fills up fast !

fried bologna is insane!. the fried bologna served here is out of this world. i can't wait to try the sunday chef's specialbreakfastsausage!
