friendly and efficient and good!. my husband and i have been coming to c&b's since camille and beth bought it. not only have they improved the appearance of the restaurant, they also improved the menu. their chicken and dumplings (normally on thursdays in the winter) are out of this world! real home cooking. staff isfriendlyand efficient (rarely do you ever wait) and if you want something special it's not a problem! you feel really welcome and that your patronage is appreciated.

first time customer. great place to eat. i had the two egg with corned beef hash and it was fantastic. food was hot and served in a timely manner by a veryfriendlystaff. my only complaint is that they could use bigger plates since they serve such large portions! i will definitely go again and the c & b diner has my highest recommendations.

this diner offers a high quality breakfast and lunch at a very low cost. we were so impressed by the customer service and the good itself! the owner was so incredibly welcoming,friendlyand funny, and we felt we were back home! the prices are unbelievably low, and that was very helpful as we were on a budget! the location is family friendly, and the other regular customers speak so highly and are so welcoming! i recommend this establishment to everyone seeking as savory, memorable and authentic norfolk diner experience.

great grilled toast! superfriendlystaff! good portion sizes! i love the grilled buns on the burgers. food is always hot and yummy! great little local diner!

down home cookin. food is fantastic,just like mammas !!! staff couldn't be any friendlier and on top their game. get there early for breakfest or lunch the place fills up fast !

great food!. i am new to the area and i stopped by this diner for the first time a few weeks ago. the waitresses there were very warm and friendly. the grilled chicken sandwich i had was excellent! :-) i took some of it home with me.

earlier this week, i went there again for lunch. one of the waitresses that helped me the first time seemed to remember me. she said"hi! how are you doing?" she really showed howfriendlypeople in virginia are. i ordered the grilled chicken salad which was also excellent!
