best pizza i've ever eaten!. if you're looking for bargain basement, cookie cutter, corporate pizza.....get on down the road. these guys offer unparalleled quality,freshingredients (plenty of them too), and a thin crust that will make you wish you had made the drive to see them sooner. when asking one of the owners to suggest something different, i took him up on the idea of a "white" pizza. it's thin crust, made with alfredo rather than traditional tomato based sauce, with cheese, artichoke hearts,freshspinach, and grilled chicken. i never should have.....but i managed to eat the entire thing! real deal folks. look no further.this is it. worth the drive from san antonio or anywhere.

arefreshand plentiful but not too heavy. i can't wait to go back and try some of the freshly made pastas!!

not an oridanary chain pizza. i grew up in a small oklahoma town with a local pizza parlor that every one loved., broken stone is my childhood type favorite! not only unique pizza they also havefreshsalad and the best blue cheese dressing i have ever tasted. i can't say enough about the broken stone stone. eating here is like a trip back "back home.".

great, kinda expensive pizza. i love the pizza here and it's my top choice for pizza in boerne. the thin crust is sublime. the tomato sauce isfreshand delicious. however, the drawback is that the crust is so thin that a couple slices will not fill you up much and a large pizza from bs doesn't go as far for 2 adults and 2 kids as a large pizza from naples (no pizza left for breakfast!). still, it's extremely tasty pizza and we will keep coming back as long as our wallets permit!

great thin crust pizza. veryfreshingredients. the ability to "build" your custom pizza, including white pizza, is great. hillary was working up front the day i was in. she beautifully handled a large bday group of young boys, large takeout orders and several other tables at once. overall great experience. recommend you give broken stone your business.

best pizza....ever!. i like to think of myself as a pizza connoisseur. the chain pizza companies churn out product that does not interest me at all...even on my hungriest of days. no, i prefer the inconsistent loveliness of hand crafted dough and wood ovens. couple this withfreshtoppings and top notch mozzarella and you've got a meal i would choose over, well, anything. anytime i travel, i seek out what the locals consider their best pizza joint. i've had the real deal in new york, chicago and anywhere else i've been that claims to turn out an amazing pie. i never would have thought my quest to find the best pizza ever would end in boerne, texas! i have eaten at broken stone (this will illustrate my deep love for a great pizza) three times this week. what started as an accident (i didn't know the place existed) has turned into a relationship complete with crunchy crust, bubbling cheese and whatever else completes my idea of a perfect slice of heaven that day. my only complaint? this would be the ultimate experience if i could compliment their craft with a nice glass of red wine.
