formerly champetre, which was my personal best-and-favorite french restaurant, has closed and now emerged into a french-filipino fusion cuisine "sagana". basically, it uses filipino ingredients prepared with the finest french cuisine. i am unable to provide a thorough review on this restaurant since i left bgc when this restaurant opened in second half of 2017.
ambiance - neat & clean; a nice place for peace and quiet meal with friends and with yourself. :) as you enter the restaurant, the organic foods stand out upon the door.
service - staffs are attentive and friendly, who are mostly staffs from the old champetre.
food - there's no doubt that the quality of the food does not disappoint one customer, but it also means that the price is high. i have noticed thatsaganahas shown great importance on the presentation of the food on top of the quality taste. i have tried the grilled apahap (local bass) w/ grilled vegetables, and honestly, the fish is soft and well-cooked. sadly, i haven't tried their other dishes though.
still, i personally feel that champetre is better than sagana, because i'm a french-cuisine fan.

april 2-7, 2018:saganacommemorated the "paul bocuse" event where they served dishes prepared by him. dishes were superb, especially the signature dish "vge soup". wine selections were good, and made me realized how good wines are!
worth a visit again? yes, certainly!
