nice, well-trained staff. good food. good value for money especially if you have zomato gold. goose pate is great so are their steaks and dessert.

food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i had the wagyu beef onglet (medium rare) with salad and fries. the fries were perfectly cooked. exactly the way i like it. salad was actually really good and loved the dressing. the beef was a perfect medium rare! it wasn’t overly seasoned.

sagana is a tagalog word which means abundant or bountiful. majority of the livelihoods outside the urban sites in the philippines can be attributed to agriculture and fishing. and traditional catholic filipinos always pray to the patron saint san isidro labrador to help them as they plant their crops and by his grace give forth a bountiful or abundant, aka a “masaganang” harvest.

the food is so great! i had my first date here with tony labrusca (c/o zomato gold) and we both agree to come back!! the food is solid!!! and the wine is awesome.

try their wagyu steak, it's the best!!! bon apetit! ❤❤

we were very disappointed the moment we stepped in the restaurant. we were met by tables that were all reserved which was totally understandable. but it was the way we were approached that really turned us off. upon asking if there was any table available for 3, the 2 servers responded very coldly and dismissively. for 2 lang meron" and we said "but we're 3", the servers proceeded to respond with "wala na talaga reserved na lahat eh" and " sige pero kailangan na namin yung table ng 7:30". this by far was the worst customer handling we've ever experienced in a restaurant. we were even really looking forward to eating here since the vibe seemed nice. extremely disappointed. will not go back ever.

the food and service in sagana was satisfactory. i got the beef brisket with roasted vegetables for the siding. it was cooked to my liking / preference. my partner got a pate platter which was also good. while my other friends got the steak. their steak was also good, its premium quality and cooked to perfection based on their request which was medium well. overall, good experience and will definitely comeback and refer this to my friends. also, they have zomato gold 1+1 food which makes it very worth it.

my second time to visit this place. i love the food, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients & the ambiance is really inviting, relaxed atmosphere, good venue for catching up with friends.

love the food! i ordered flank steak, medium rare, with red wine sauce. it arrived as ordered and it was so goood! no wonder my friend craves this at least once a week!

i love everything about sagana french bistro. the service is fast and attentive. the food is... delicious. certainly the best and most typical french brasserie food in manila. my favorite are the foie gras, onglet (beef hanging tender) and oysters (when available...).

service is always worth a penny, and so are the foods. 5 stars for the overall experience. we used zomato gold and their service is still the same with non users. i had several experiences with other restaurants that when they knew that we’re using the app, they will have a different treatment to you (so i’m wondering if it’s only us who experienced it tho). nevertheless, we enjoyed the food!

a bit pricey but definitely worth it! my ultimate fave is the foe gras! occasionally, they get imported mussels, and this is probably the best mussels and frits you can find in manila!

though no expert, i’ve been to france on a few occasions. and i can say the food is indeed, well, tres bien! onion soup, lamb chops, grilled prawns, apahap, creme brûlée with a bordeaux and rosè... all very good and well presented ... in french.

prawn bisque is very rich, its like tasting the ocean in your mouth - a must order. paired with their complementary starter bread, yumm! beef tartar is also good, if you're not a fan of raw meat, then this may not fit your tastebuds. duck confit is goof but the outer part seems dry, nonetheless the meat inside is good paired with its sauce. the steak was heavenly! another must order. ravioli is a bit disappointing, the sauce is the same with the prawn bisque, nothing special.

the ambience is really cozy and the wait staff are very attentive and helpful.

the best among the dishes we had is the organic egg with creamed mushrooms. super umami! perfect starter!

the flank steak was cooked perfectly and flavorful. fries were just okay.

grilled apahap. nothing special. locally sourced. the risotto though was delicious.

pork tenderloin/medallions are good but nothing really special.

crepe was just okay. i appreciate that they made the chocolate syrup from scratch. you can really taste the difference. however, the mangoes and bananas were not perfectly ripe.

overall, the experience was great. i will definitely come back and try other dishes with my friends .

we booked a long table for my parents’ anniversary. excellent food and service. good thing we reserved early as the restaurant was fully packed with guests enjoying the perfectly prepared food. 5 stars well deserved!
