small little rotisserie, small parking lot parking in that area can be challenging,so be prepared to walk. both ordered the roasted pork sandwich, it comes with fresh tortilla chips and a wonderful tomato based dip. we shared the 3 side special and were amazed at the portions, yellow rice and beans-yams and andouille- and the romaine mozzarella salad...probably should have shared the pork sandwich. waiter was attentive and had impeccable timing throughout the entire meal. will go back to try their dinner fare.

brasa serves comfort food inspired by the creole cooking traditions of the americas and caribbean.all menu items are gluten free except sandwich rolls, sliced bread, cornbread, macaroni and cheese, and most of the rotating desserts. they have eliminated the chance for cross contamination by eliminating all gluten products from the fryers, rotisserie, and smoker. the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned between the production of gluten free recipes and recipes containing gluten. the menu is designed for sharing. first youorderyour protein(s) and choose a size; small, medium, or large. next youordera variety of sides, also available in three sizes, to share with the table. it is a great way to try many different items and foods you might not typically be inclined to order.

ordered the chicken curry and loved it. the small bites are all very tasty as well, specifically the fried yuca, plantains, and collard greens. go with a large group of people andordermultiple small plate items to share.

my new favorite restaurant in the cities!. this restaurant (both locations are fabulous) has simple food that is simply delicious! this is where we bring all of our out-of-town guests when we want to treat them to a memorable meal. i love the pulled chicken, the braised beef, the rotisserie chicken, yucca fries, chips with guac...um...pretty much everything!

i am so impressed with the kids menu, too. the portion sizes are great for my (very) good eaters. i love it that every waitress we've had asks right away when weorderif they should ask before bringing out the kid's dessert. that is good training by management!

also, i feel that the price is very affordable for the quality of food that you receive.

pulled chicken. fantastically yummy sauce! this is down-home comfort food at it's finest!

this place rocks. i highly recommend this place. it's not a fussy establishment -- simple but very delicious and affordable. you have to wait sometimes for a table, but it's not a bad wait and you canordera drink. my favorite is the chicken and all the sides. you can't go wrong with any of them!

it is rude. i notice when service is slow and they wont come for refill water i tired looked
and i notice it is not right aboutorder.. i thought med is 9;25 slow pork must be lot but it is small it is rip off.. and why rice still spicy inside .. i don't want spicy inside must be own choose .. sorry i not happy about that... let you know your service not good well at st paul........ i wont go again

read reviews online, so when in the area, my husband and i decided to stop in. they were "out" of our first two selections (4:30pm on a saturday), the food we were able toordertook over 30 minutes and arrived stone cold and under seasoned. the portions were small, definitely not the sharing kind as they suggested and the establishment was dirty and loud. very over rated, will not go back.

ate here w/the family after a long day at the moa. what a fantastic surprise! i love the way youorderfamily style, but there are smaller options for ordering also. we had 6 pc chicken (note "piece" = 1 qtr chicken), small beef, small pork, chips & guacamole, crispy yuca, 5 cornbread muffins, a beer, a sangria, & a mexican coke. $66 + tip. ordering method was good for kids, as our 2 rarely eat much. still, we had enough leftovers for at least 1 heavy meal, & i thought it was good enough to take all the way back to ok in a cooler. service was also extremely attentive. only downside was outdoor or un-air conditioned indoor seating. food is well worth overlooking that. please, please do yourself a favor & try this place over the moa options - you'll thank me for it!

brasa for paleo. went to brasa on a saturday evening and had a great meal, and was able to stay relatively paleo-clean the entire meal.

the saturday crowd was intense, but we made it just before the big rush (we got there at about 6). once seated we were right by the door, which made things a bit louder than usual, but it didn't ruin the dining experience.

the pork was the paleo meat of choice along with the cabbage and apple slaw. weordera small squash dish with andoullie sausage as well (sausage not so paleo). the food was great, the server was competent, and the night was off to a great start.

very good southern style soul food. i went here with my boyfriend and another couple and we had a great dining experience. we did have to wait for almost 45 minutes to get a table, however once we did we were not disappointed. we all had some drinks and decided toordera bunch of things and all try them. that is definitely the way to go because the prices are a little high and that way you get to eat a variety of items! we loved the food and will definitely be back!

very low key and delicious. easy to share and not terribly expensive. our service wasn't amazing but acceptable. love the beef, pulled chicken and guacamole.ordera side of the cilantro mayo to put on the beef - my favorite part of the whole meal!

can't go wrong. all menu items are well executed - you can't go wrong. in terms of meat, i wouldorder(1) beef (little spicy), (2) pork (sweet and tasty), and (3) chicken (well done...but c'mon, it's chicken).

as far as sides...the sweet potatoes with andouille sausage is dyn-o-mite. and, i always kick in the corn bread.

winter / summer - you'll enjoy. also great for carry-out.

mediocre at best. after reading raves for brasa maybe we were expecting too much. we got there early last friday and it is good we did; within 20 minutes the place was packed with people waiting. the do a lot of take out and it appeared to me as if that got priority over seated customers. i watched that because it ended up taking 30 minutes fromorderto delivery of our dinners. during that time nobody stopped by the table to ask if we wanted more drinks or anything else. i questioned a server when she came to bus the table next to ours and she said she would check. our food came out very shortly after that and one of my dinning companions noted that a table seated before us still was without food. both the pork and the chicken were moist and tender. neither was very flavorful. the side dishes were all interesting. a couple of them, the grits and the corn bread, were pretty good but nothing outstanding. mediocre was the word that cropped up as we discussed our meals. just ok, not worth going out of your way for.
