authentic bbq!. came here for dinner right after spending two weeks in mississippi and i can tell you that this place can stand tall right beside any of the old established smokehouses down south!servicewas prompt and friendly and food was great and priced properly. the slaw needs some work.
great work y'all! will be back soon!

best bbq!. just had lunch at big bone and everything was fantastic.. i had the mini combo and the wife had the 3 bone combo.. the mini combo was anything but mini.. the ribs were the best i've ever.. and i've lived down south for a couple of summers.. sweet with just enough smokey flavour.. wings were extremely good.. i polished them all even though i'm not the biggest wing fan.. fries were great as well.. my wife and i were both full, even though we ordered the smallest combos on the menu!

theservicewas great and the owner even came out to check on how our meal was going.. overall we had a wonderful lunch and will be back for sure!

just can't get it right. i've tried big bone 4 times now and have been disappointed everytime particularily by their wings which i have had on 2 separate occasions which are generally small and undercooked and some even have blood in them still the pulled pork is also mediocre at best you can find better at either big chris's or woody's in barrie also theservicewas very slow and the waitress was very unattentive despite the fact the restaurant was pretty empty. i'm a fan of bbq but i won't be back

best restaurant in barrie ! our favorite and the kids too. love the pig skins, pulled pork and wings. and can't stop eating the fries. yum.servicerocks here.

overall i would give big bone bbq and wicked wings an 8/10 as it does have its downsides, but the reason you go is not for theserviceof the beer but rather the amazing bbq meal.

i don't get it?. ate at big bone the other day portion size were average to small.servicewas great but i could have made this at home for less. flavour was rather bland tasted like bbq sauce was the only ingrediant.
staff was warm and welcoming but was not worth my money.

big bone bbq and wicked wings. we decided to try the big bone location in newmarket after reading the reviews in toronto life that they had the best wings.
i have to say the food was absolutely delicious! i had the brisket sandwich, my husband had the elvis combo (ribs/wings and pulled pork) and my kids had wings/chicken fingers and a burger. everyone agreed the food was amazing! the portions are huge and theservicewas excellent! trust me, you will not be disappointed!
we can't wait to go back!

good lunch. had the wings and rib combo. not a lot of food but had very good taste. wings were not as crispy as i like but the ribs were juicy and smokey. goodservicejust a little pricy for what you got. i think there were better deals on the menu if you look for them.
