great meat, shame about the fries!. well we have eaten here several times and like another local bbq house every single time we love the meat and the proportions, but are let down by the sides. the meat is great, but we always find ourselves saying, “great meat shame about the fries!” when you think of all that work goes that goes into making this delicious meat and then to serve it up with commercially available frozenfriesis a shame. don’t get me wrong thefriesare okay, but the meal would be so much better with fresh cutfrieslike you would get from a chip truck.
