pizza to die for!. the pizza dough, and the sauce, and oh yeah, the cheese are amazing. alfonse is without a doubt a guy who knows his way around dough. the texture of the pizza dough is incredible, and it is without a doubt the best pizza we've ever had. my wife likes the other dishes as well, but for me it's either pizza, calzone, or the italian hoagie. if i haven't made it clear, the dough is incredible. what awonderfulfamily restaurant, and i forgot to mention, italian beer to go with your italian food! you cannot get any better pizza than this. nom nom!
