this is the place to be when in amritsar. we ordered, amritsari fish tikka, chicken roast, malai chicken gravy and keema nan. the nan was of supreme taste, stuffed with keema n very very filling. the fish tikka had to be the best one i had in a very long time served with their special green chutney and onion. the chicken was alsoroastedto perfection. the price was reasonable considering the quality they provide. the staffs were also very courteous. a must recommended place to visit n don't get distracted by its average ambience.

very old and famous chicken shop in amritsar..best known for itsroastedchicken and keema nan..try these 2 for sure..its a budget friendly option.

the only thing for which it is famous isroastedchicken and keema naan ! it is one of a kind in here . you cannot get the same type of taste anywhere else . it is just great.

who could guess that this simple looking place would serve the juiciestroastedchicken i've ever had?
the chicken has a dry spice rub and wasroastedin a tandoor which made it soft and tender. the meat simply fell off the bones and melted in the mouth leaving a trail of flavours.
incredible experience!

beera chilli corner on majitha road not too far away from makhan is another famous outlet for non vegetarian food lovers. this place isn't fancy if that's what you are looking for as the ambience is pretty average with a small seating though it seems they are now trying to expand, add more seating. i ordered the famous roast chicken and i can vouch it's one of the best quality chicken i have had. the chicken is well spiced and marinated and cooked well in tandoor and unlike most tandoori chicken this does taste different and unique. it can beat a lot of places when it comes toroastedchicken and that's what still keeps this small outlet amongst the best in amritsar. what enhances the taste of the chicken is the mint chutney served along with onions, cucumber and lemon.

so as i mentioned i visited amritsar last days and also had food at many joints.

beera was highly recommended with one of our fried from amritsar itself, but the food here was hopeless.

the amritsari fish was not amritsari as we have been eating, the butter chicken was just a watery chicken curry, the tandoori chicken wasroastedchicken even we asked while ordering, the butter nan was horrible....

all in all not had a good experience,

however best wishes

first thing first - don’t expect a clean and comfortable sitting. it’s just like a dhaba. non-veg food is ok. quantity is good and prices are less compared to makhan fish. i tried chicken tikka masala which had strong flavour of ginger n garlic but was ok. breads were hot and crisp just what i ordered. service was a bit slow. would try the famousroastedchicken next time.

simply awesome tasty and mouth watering.roastedchicken of this place is unique and so great. one of the must visit places of the city for food lovers. your trip is incomplete without it. butter rotis were so soft 😍. paneer tikka was also great in taste. overall a great foodie experience

hidden in a plain sight lies a place that will serve you probably the bestroastedchicken chicken tandoori) you ever had. the chicken is very juicy and soft. the service is prompt and you don’t even have to get down from your vehicle if you want a take away. the staff will come to you the moment your vehicle stops infront of the restaurant. you will observe many vehicles lined up infront of the restaurant having their chicken in their cars alongwith the a drink. the only downside being that they don’t accept card or upi. however after paying cash i observed the owner accepting upi from another customer, didn’t like this selective behaviour.

the bestestroastedchicken i have tasted till date. perfectly cooked...soft tender pieces and the chutney served along with it was soo good... definitely a must visit in amritsar

i never heard of this place but my husband is foodie and although, he is a vegetarian - he took me to this place. i'd not say out of the world but it was delicious - well cooked and simply satiated my hunger for well cooked chicken. it was nicelyroastedand my taste buds felt so good. i'd definitely suggest this place to all who eat chicken.
