bay 146 - the savera hotel

while it’s gloomy now because of covid. the place was perfect getaway from work. being right next to the work place and hosting some cool bands , a must every weekend if nothing better!
and of course food and staff are spot on!!

they dont honor gold on large drinks only small is allowed. that's a smart catch if u guys only honor small drinks u should mention it. dont cheat with the language

one of the calm place were drinks and food can be enjoyed!!

the price of alcohol are cheaper compared to other stand alone!!

we ordered for

mozzarella sticks- mozzarella deep fried and served with the dip. amazing taste.

onion rings- onions deep fried and served with a dip!! they were so perfectly crisp, i bet you won’t be able to resist eating more

paneer tikka- soft paneer marinated with different spices and cooked. tastes good

butter garlic fried rice- ah! they were just amazing! we actually had to repeat inspite of amazing quantity

chilli paneer- the flavours were just perfect!! the sauce was not to thick nor thin! just perfect

the portion size for everything is good!

will definitely visit again and again!

why aren’t they allowing zomato gold? if they don’t want give, please remove these bars from your list. this is the third time happening this. if it is like this, then whats the point of gold membership?

had been here on a weekday afternoon. arrived at 1330 and was shocked to find the place in a mess- some of the chairs and tables were lying scattered in the upper indoor area. this despite the fact that there were 4 other customers already present. and even after we were seated, no one bothered to arrange those other chairs and tables. this gave the place a very shabby and unkept look. the place needs maintenance. this is the last thing we expected from a superb hotel like savera. every other restaraunt in savera is excellent, hence we were disappointed with this place.
the food however was excellent!

bay 146 disappointed me hands down. they have a policy of not accepting zomato gold on fridays . i mean is that even allowed? so that bummed me out. they have so many options on their menu but anything that we ordered was either not available or out of stock and when we asked if they knew when it will be back they said they weren't sure if it will be back. if that's the case why have an extensive menu. from the large drinks menu only pint beers, vodka cocktails and whiskey cocktails. that was such a disappointment. i can't get over such a bad service that too from such an established place.

gold not allowed

it's saturday night & one of the best places to hang out is bay 146 at savera hotel. it's spacious, so you don't have to jostle for space, the music is great and the cocktails are pretty innovative. shrinivas works the bar and has some awesome mixology tricks up his sleeve. goose le fizz was fresh and zesty and this is where they make one of the best red wine sangrias in the city. they even have a shooter thali that comes with premium spirits or the imfl variant. 

for starters, sous-chef anish's suggestion of paneer tikka was simply yum but we flipped for the popcorn prawns. it was the perfect accompaniment to our drinks; the panko crust enclosed prawns were succulent and crunchy. the mysore chilli chicken was not too spicy in spite of the big green chillies scattered over the top.

bay 146 has a range of dessert cocktails, we had the berry cheesecake. it's not too potent but the cheesecake flavours are all there. 

service is snappy and prices are wallet friendly. definitely a good place to chill out with friends.

this place is always buzzing on saturdays and sundays with a decent crowd and some live shows.

ambience: a chilled out ambience with an outdoor seating option for smokers and also a screen for viewing matches in the outdoor area. they've got a nice little stage inside for comedy, music and other types of shows.

food: i mainly go here for their cocktails which i think are quite good and reasonably priced. their food is also quite good. no complaints. but i wouldn't say it's anything above the usual.

price: with the zomato gold, it's decently priced.

one thing is, sometimes they ask you to pay entry totally out of the blue. and another thing i faced was that they got my bill wrong, twice, which was a little annoying.

i would go back here to chill sometime.

nice chilled out place for beer and food, love to hang out there on saturday afternoons . good food, i’ve mostly had starters there with beer . have tried the pasta which was good, a wide range to drinks in cocktails. over all a good place.

refused to accept zomato gold on a friday despite me using it many times in the past. this is in spite of it being listed on zomato. very disappointed.

there is always that place that will balance your day. bay 146 is that place, the service the ambience and the food is out of the world. friday nights where you want to enjoy some good music and have a great night, this is the place to be.

very good place our group took the open space were too much of trouble of mosquitos so we got back inside and enjoyed s slow dim mild music and had very good conversations and their beef syrian is amazing which is must try over there
