great service. me and my husband came in on sunday dinner was good . but the service made everything better. we had no clue what we wanted to eat. but our server ben sold us the whole menu. dessert wasn't on our mind but he made the fried banana pudding sound very good. so we ordered one and it was. we never had service go great . we will definitely bebackto see him.

i have eaten at wings for years, (at least once per week and sometimes twice), even though the building is going down hill and food has changed over the years. tonight i have had my fill. tonight i when with my wife and five others to have so so service and i never check my ticket, but this night i checked and there was a charge for a name tag on the line item. i asked what it was for and taneesha reply it was a mistake and she would have it removed. teneesha camebackthe table to let me know that it was too much trouble to remove it and that they would give a "free small wing" on the next visit to makeup for overcharge. i hope wings enjoys the five bucks, its bought you a lot of free advertisement from me and you'll see me at wings next time hell freezes over. isaac winkles ps this trip was the norm at $100.

the lady seating us kindly stood by while we wiped the table and seats and our waitress seemed to be in a bit if a hurry. the place wasn't really busy; plenty of available seating. once the food came things started moving along nicely with the waitress seeming more relaxed, the manager coming by for a nice (brief) visit, etc. the good was really good (wings, coke slaw, fries, chicken breast, grits) so we will bebackagain.

amazing. my boyfriend took me for the first time to baumhower's last night. i have to say i thought it was just a wing place but man was i wrong. even thought the parking lot was full we were at a table in less than 10 mins. our waitress allyce was there in a flash. she had a great understanding of the menu and had very helpful suggestions. we started off with the delicious fried mushrooms which were fresh and not from a can. allyce suggested i had to try the hot mama brown so i took her advise. its was wonderful and served promptly. i would highly recommend this place! i will be goingbackand i will ask for allyce every time.

hands down the worst service i have ever had in my life. the food was good but i would never comebackor recommend this place to anyone. our waiter was horrible, he forgot practically everything he was told and had to comebackand ask over and over again. the food took forever to come out, during that time we never saw the waiter at all. then when we finally got our food, half of it was wrong! then to add insult to injury, the waiter came to out table three times trying to figure out our checks and we sat at the table for an hour while he tried to figure it out! the manager wasn't much help either but at least gave us a discount. unanimously voted the worst dining experience by our entire party! avoid!

great food & experience!. we have frequented baumhower’s in the past, and have came to know them as a cut above restaurant! the service has been adequate to good, even very good with severs such as tywana and nicole! however, when we were lucky enough to get a girl named bobby, the bar was raised two fold!
we thought she might have just gotten lucky the first time, and maybe the second time was coincidence, but not three times in a row! this is definitely a pattern and this girl is on top of her game! she’s very friendly, very accurate with the order, very conscious of any needs you may have, and i didn’t have to ask for extra napkins, more tea, or the check when we were ready to go!
btw, the first thing that really got our attention was her response, when she asked if we wanted her to bring out some hot biscuits? i said no sweetie that’s ok, the biscuit’s are always so doughy, they just sit here on the table and take up room. i have mentioned the doughy biscuits to other severs and they say well, that’s just the way they come out! bobby responded, oh i can fix that! just give me a few minutes!
in a few minutes bobby bringsbacksome biscuits that were actually done! and they were so good, we (for the first time) asked if we could have some more! bobby brought us a few more done biscuits, and we had a great dinning experience!
our congrats to baumhower’s for such quality food, sports atmosphere and bobby for such outstanding service!! i would recommend baumhower’s (and have), to anyone!!

great customer service. i went to baumhower's for the first time with my husband. we did not want to wait so we sat at a hightop in the bar. the service was extremely slow and the waitress never camebackto our table to check on us the entire time. we also ordered a side of fries that were never brought out to us, but we were charged for. the wings we ordered were also very mediocre.

a few months later we decided to try it out again. the hostess again asked us if we wanted to wait or sit in the bar. i simply said i did not want to sit in the bar due to the bad service we had in there last time. a manager happened to over hear this and sat us immediately. he also apologized for the poor service we had before. not only did he do this, but he gave us a complimentary appetizer of garlic biscuits and a free dessert. it was the absolute best customer service i have ever received in a restaurant. the burgers and buffalo chicken sandwich are delicious, not to mention that their fried pickles are one of the best things i have ever eaten!!! definitely recommend trying it out.

love it. i had the black and white chicken sandwich is was soooo good. the manager george bailey is awesome, he came over and talked to us. i will definitely gobackevery chance i get.
